I give JD Byrider 3 stars only because the prices of their vehicles are OUTRAGEOUS! We were in a very tough spot with credit and only JD Byrider approved us for financing with a reasonable down payment. We had no where else to turn and really needed a vehicle. If we werent in the tough situation we were, we would have gone somewhere else. If you asked me to rate the service we received I would give 5 Stars. Ray at the Broad St location in Columbus was very nice and helpful. She made the buying experience easier. She worked her hardest to get us an affordable down payment and put us in the vehicle we chose. If you go to the JD Byrider location on Broad ST in Columbus Ask for RAY and tell her Karisa Johnson sent you :). If you asked me to rate the quality of the vehicles I would give 5 Stars. Every car was immaculate inside and out. Professionally cleaned and serviced. The 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan we purchased looked fresh off the showroom floor. We did notice a few small dings/scratches here and there which is to be expected and JD Byrider offered to buff and repaint the scratches out for us at no cost to us. They also offer a pretty good limited warranty, which was a must for us to have a warranty. They also offer $10 dollar oil changes! also a big plus. No more excuses to go over your 3000 mile recommended oil changes.

Sales side of Jd is awesome i must say i give that part 5 stars and i also thought the service side was to until i was on my way to dayton in my vehicle, got oil change etc my car was good on my way there my car coolant light came on first time around my 30 days, come to find out the thermostat broke and got stuck so i didnt make it to dayton because it wouldnt let me drive at all, they took care of it welp a month ago was on my way bk to dayton and and the coolant light came on again okay i called but my thing is why is this coolant light keeps on effecting me from driving where i want to go than my brakes been squeaking since i got them went to them twice and they told me wasnt anything wrong well brakes eventually got louder so i took it to a shop my family has been to come to find out my brakes were bad and now that i got new brakes and no squeaking from the brakes nor while im driving. I wont be taking my car back to them to fix anything but an oil change and now i feel like i need to watch them do my oil change to make sure it has got down right

They want my husband an i to pay 20,000 for a 2002 dosge stratus when tbe cars not even worth 3,000 in kelly blue book. The gas gage doesnt work either. They aslo said that if we came in an paid what we could on a payment that they would work with us. Then got there an an they tried to take the car. They also been calling into my husbands old job impersonating me his wife. How i know this cause my husband had just started working there an we have a few friends in there an i never call in to his work i call his cell phone. Also they had just called that day saying they was coming to take our car to the employees an managers in the store. Lets just say tbere will be a law suit now. Now ur going to say y didnt u just make a payment well because my husnands been waiting on his ups check for over 3 weeks from where he was employed there an then my husbands dads wife died so alot of horrible things an they saidbtheyd work with us an that was a lie havent had the car a couole months an its falling apart....... dont buy ur car from here please

For the second time in my life, I turned to JD Byrider to help me out when I needed it most. I wasnt the best candidate for a vehicle loan, but Rekha "Ray" Asokan worked as hard as she could and went out of her way to help me in to the perfect vehicle for me!! She was patient with me and never once made me feel like I was being troublesome. She always made sure to explain the steps to me as we went through them and answer any questions I had. I was completely comfortable that she had my best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend JD Byrider to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle.

I had been approved at other places, but wasnt really satisfied with the requirements or my down payment wasnt enough. I really needed a car. I was told to come here and had an absolutely awesome experience. Everyone was great to work with. My salesperson was Rekha Asokan. She is amazing.... She did absolutely everything to make sure i walked out with a car despite being 4 hours past closing and missing her dinner reservations. She never made me feel rushed or as if i was an inconvenience. I definately recommend going here. Ask to see Ray! Oh and I love my new Ford Fusion!

Going to JD Byrider is like going home. Its warm, comfortable, clean and very relaxing. The people there treat you like they known you all your life. They make sure that the give you the best car and deal that will work for you. The service department is outstanding with their work and they always make sure that your car is safe for you and the road. I had a wonderful experience, after being denied by most dealers in Columbus I walked in on a random day with low expectations due to my credit situation. To my surprise they worked with me on my credit and my down payment to get me in the exact car I had in mind before I walked in the door. Ray (Rekha) went above and beyond to get me where I wanted/needed to be and gave me the most relaxed no-pressure experience Ive ever had. Is a "JOKE"... Spent 2 hours there filling out paperwork. 21% interest... Then tried to sale me a 2002 Dodge XST 4x4 with 102,000 miles. Scratches, dents bad exhaust, no power anything, no cruise, clothe interior. Get this.... $12,500.00 @ 21% interest. Kelly Blue Book NADA on Dodge SXT fully loaded leather and power everything with cruise... $6,800.00. For me it was a waste of time and a joke. I asked about a newer jeep grand Cherokee it was 13,500.00 but I didnt "qualify" for that vehicle??? Right. Good luck.

This is a horrible place, DO NOT GO THERE! we have had nothing but problems, 1st the transmission went out, then they replaced the engine,the car shakes terribly, the frame of the car is bent, the rotors are bad, we had a tire go flat, the suspension is bad, then they want to charge us 500$ to fix some things, and they dont care, they come off like they dont care, we are trapped into paying on this horrible car, the total price is over 14k , this place is absolutely horrible, STAY AWAY! DO NOT GO HERE!
