My Brother bought his car here to be serviced he paid out 600 , to get his car serviced , when I came to pick it up the steering wheel was very hard to turn , and it was even harder to stop the brakes , and I stopped the manager himself and he did not even help me to see what was wrong with the car he just sent me on my way , come to find out the belt has been off the car the whole time , and they wanted an additional 100 to look at the car , like really ? Accusing us of wrong dealings with the car , You would think bringing your car to the dealership would be better but NOT AT COUNTRY SIDE IN JACKSON GA , THE SERVICE IS HORRRIIIBBBLLLEEEE !

They absolutely suck. They dont know exactly how to sell a vehicle at all. Ive been here and looked at a few cars and they were over priced like through the roof and found the same exact vehicle for a cheaper price at a different dealership. Ive tried to negotiate on the price at the country side but they wouldnt budge at all. I mean like the objective is to sell vehicles not let them grow roots in the parking lot. If they are capable of working on the price just a little they will continue to lose business.

My husband and I have been looking for a car for 6+ months now. We have spoken to just about every dealership within the Atlanta area, and I can honestly say not a single dealership compares to Countryside! They are honest, quick to respond, and actually care about their customers. We have worked with Jim, Mike, and Don, and they all have been incredible!

The service part of this is nice as can be a little short handed but as nice as can be. And helpful real people down to earth .. BUT the sales people suck they are rude stuck up and just nasty. Dont ask them for any help or you get a nasty remark for an answer! ... If I could give different stars for each service would have 5 and sales 0.

Waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. No update from the staff until I asked after 1 hour of waiting. I was told that he was nearly finished. 45 minutes later I get my car back without any slip covers on my seats or mats.

I would not ever take anything back to them they charged us for 1 hour labor to put a battery in a Dodge, really people, very bad will never use them again. Only reason I gave 1 star is you have to, to be able to post.

I only get oil changes while here. They usually do a pretty good job. Some times it takes a long time but I just walk home and walk back.
