We showed up to buy a used car at Right Way, not realizing that they specialize in helping people with credit recovery. We have great credit, so we thought it wasnt the place for us. They assured us it was, and Im so glad we stayed. We worked with Corey, and he found my dream car. We did extra inspections on the car, because I was so leery of buying a used car and the stigma that comes with used car dealers. We couldnt find anything mechanically wrong or wrong with the frame. We trust Corey and really feels like he cares about all of his customers. Were thankful we found Right Way and highly recommend them to anyone. Not only do we now trust the quality of their cars, but every single car comes with a 6 month warranty (or I think 6,000 miles) and the next 2 years (or I think 24,000 miles) of oil changes. We did have to wait forever one day because they were busy, but I would still do it again.

Others may had a great experience but our experience with Cory was very unprofessional. We asked him the price for the truck on numerous occasions and he kept saying I have to get everything in black and right. We knew what we could afford so if the price was out our range we wouldnt waste their time or our time. After over an hour of sitting and waiting he told us the price was 501 a month. We politely told him it was out of our price range and we were leaving. He raised his voice to my fiance and said ROY SIT DOWN RIGHT NOW. Im not sure who he thought he talked to in this manner. I will not recommend anyone here. We were able to get a Chevy Suburban less than 300 a month.

This place is absolutely wonderful! Great staff, especially Rosetta Collins my salesperson is a BEAST when it comes to making sure she puts hers customers in great cars for a great price. Also, Brian the branch manager is just as FABULOUS as Rosetta! He made sure to keep me smiling, and ensured me that Id never have any stress with my car. Love this place, and would definitely recommend anyone with start up credit, bad credit, and or building credit to check them out for ALL of your car needs!!!

The staff here is incredible and helped me find my BMW 750i M Sport and get the financing that I needed to drive it home. I had very little credit history and none of it was positive but they helped me get into my dream car with minimal effort on my part aside from picking the car that I wanted. They didnt actually have it in their inventory so they had to purchase it from another company and transport it to GA. The whole process was very easy on my part and I couldnt be more thankful.

Cory was extremely rude and very disrespectful! Wanted my husband to pay $10,000 more for a 2010 vehicle. He began putting my husband down for where he had purchased a vehicle before. Their website stated that the vehicle was at their lot, when actually it was in Michigan, and they wanted to charge him transportation fees. We went to Drivetime, saw a vehicle at a different lot, they brought it to their lot and didnt charge us and he paid $10,000 less for the vehicle than RightWay.

They said no bank account was OK then we spend 2 and 1/2 hrs later we needed to have one so off to a bank we went and opened an account and the car lot failed to say we needed a check from the bank with your name on it. So be careful when you go there cause its not as easy and quick as there reviews say
