My wife and I were looking for a new truck. We drove all around Atlanta to ALL the dodge dealers trying to find the right truck and the right place to buy. And we found the right place and the right person to buy from. The Courtesy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer in Conyers, Ga was our best choice. Loretta our salesperson was FABULOUS!! She went out of her way to find the perfect truck for us. There was a couple of options I wanted and had the service department install. The installation was perfect and looked as if it came from the factory. The tech was friendly and took care adding our options with extreme professionalism. My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase. From our salesperson to the management team that went over and beyond to get our truck, gave the right price for our trade and got us an awesome rate for financing. Other dealers we went to around Atlanta seemed very shady and wanted the most for their truck and try to give us next to nothing on our trade. The so called Largest Ram Dealer in the South was more than anyone and seemed the most shady of all. If you need a new vehicle, call and ask for Loretta. She will do what it takes to get you in the right vehicle for the right price and right payment. Furthermore if you are looking for a truck and you want the best truck out there - GET A RAM. After purchasing my Ram truck I had to go to Florida. I drove from Conyers, Ga to Daytona Beach, FL on 3/4 of a TANK OF GAS!! Holy Cow! I could not believe that. And my truck has the 5.7 hemi, who would of thought I would get such GREAT gas mileage in a pickup truck. To sum it up in 3 words? Go See Loretta!

I have not encountered any issues with the sales team but I had a terrible inter-relationship with the service department. This is my story in brief format: I took my car to this supposedly neighborhood dealer because I have had problems with some roadside mechanics before. The reason for my service need was due to the computer system in my Durango. The service technician told me that it would cost me more than a thousand dollars to fix it. The service technician gave me other options which concluded with my decision to out-source for the part. She told me that either way I would still need to bring the car to them for reprogramming, which was untruthful. I found a remanufactured PC in the internet and brought it to her, and after three days of wasting my time by playing games, she said the car was ready. Was it really ready, no? The car drove like everything was wrong with it. I took it back and they said I would have to pay another $300.00 to fix it. I became hysterical and called the guys I purchased the part from, they told me that I did not need any re-programming effort, and that the dealer was ripping me off. I ordered another part for $139 only, and installed the computer, which was a very simple task, by myself.

Service was absolutely horrible! I walked in yesterday to test drive a wrangler and everyone stared at me like I was a deer in headlights. No one seemed as if they wanted to help me. There were three people when the manager asked them who could help with a test drive. Two people stated that they were about to leave and the last person took about 30 seconds to say I can help. I DID NOT feel welcomed when walking into this place! Im not sure if they were jealous because I had a nice slim body or what! If you do not like you job then do not work here! Its ridiculous! Whole staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who care and actually want to help people. When it was time to test drive the wrangler the sales rep just handed me the keys without giving me any history of the car. During the test drive he was on his phone texting and laughing. I will be purchasing at another dealership. I dont care if I have to go all the way to the North Pole or ride the Polar Express and ask Santa for a wrangelr, this place will never get my service again!

My experience at Courtesy Chrysler Dodge was wonderful. I took my sisters Dodge Charger in for Service because it stalled on at my home on The 4th of July. I had the car towed to Courtesy and the repairs were done. At the time of service I was informed of a recall on the headlight and the parts were ordered. Later that day I noticed that the light was out so I took it back. Neil Feinberg in the service department was so caring that he called every Dodge in Atlanta and Athens trying to locate that part with no luck. While I was waiting Ben another wonderful service associate stated that the did have one in stock but the recall called for the to replace both. Ben replaced the one that was out and let and Neil told me that they would contact me once the part comes in to fix the other. Thank you Lord for such caring individuals.

I went in to have a recalled done on monday, my wife pick my car up that evening at closing and notice my doors would not lock, I called them up the next day and of course they denie it have anything to do with want they did, before i left it my car it didnt have these issues, I took it back up there for them to look at, I had to leave it again get a call that evening he tell me it more electrical problem first time me hearing that and I will have to pay to have it fix, but the recalled that they fix was dealing with electrical work, but he claim his tech would not do anything to make that happen. Do not go there it will cost you more! But I am going what I can do about, because all they do over their is continue to make billionaire more money on your watch

This place was horrible. I cam in for a $20 oil change and tire rotation. I left after an hour and 20 minutes with 4 different lights on on my dashboard (break, engin, ABS, and traction). I immediately turned around and took it back and told them what was going on....after another 30 minutes a guy comes it to tell me im going to have to leave it or bring it back tomorrow because it was the ABS. He said that having an oil change and tire rotation would not habe caused it. Well how come it just started after I left them? Im sure if you mess with the tires that you can infact do something with the ABS. I will not allow them to do another thing to my vehicle. Oh yeah I drove home wit out any speed gages. This is unacceptable.

Husband went because they called and said he can get a car without a cosigner. He went up there and come to find out he needed a cosigner. Why call him after you ranned his credit already and called an ask him to come in. You knew he probably needed one anyway. And to top it off I was in school and got a notification that someone has ranned my credit without my permission. I called my husband and asked why did they run my credit and he said he didnt ask them to so he had to drive back up there and ask them why. They didnt give him a clear answer but said it will be removed in a week. Well two weeks has went by and my credit score has taken a huge hit thanks to them.
