First of all, I want to say, that this negative review is not because of anything related to the finance side of my business with this dealership. I am current on my payments and they have great customer service. However, my vehicle is complete garbage when it comes to the mechanical side. Again, customer service is great and they work with you on payments. So Im not posting this negative review for any retaliation reasons. They have great customer service and they are nice. But my SUV is total trash! And while Im current on my payments, I have had to do A LOT of maintenance on this truck. And it has been some MAJOR ISSUES! All of which have occured, from only after a day or two of me driving the truck off the lot, and unfortunately, the maintenance issues just keep coming...from the brake master cylinder, rack and pinion, power steering pump, the coil pack, and then not to mention, the interior lights are bootleg and dont come on at all. They are incorrect and dont match the truck. This is a nicely painted truck, that looks nice on the outside, but mechanically, ITS GARBAGE! Im sorry....they are nice people, but I really think they could have been so much better with their mechanical vehicle inspection before placing it for sale. Its totally unprofessional to sell a car like that to someone whos going to be paying a hot car note after having paid an expensive down payment and has the intention to keep the car for a few years and pay it off. I was serious about rebuilding my credit, but I was not at all desperate for a situation like this. Please stay away. Find other options. The choice is yours.

Receptionist is extremely nasty & rude!!! NASTY & RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As the first point of contact, she could actually deter potential buyers...for instance - after dealing with her, I refuse to spend my hard earned money with this dealer. I hate that I even have to put even 1 star - that is how rude she was..
