I would not even give one star if I did not have too. Evolution cars sold me a car that was not functional. The check engine light came on the day after I drove off the lot, but fortunately for me I did not complete the process of buying the car so the bank had not processed the loan. I went on and on in a process of bringing the car back and forth to the dealership trying to get it fixed because I needed a car. In attempting to buy the car they had a service to complete which they attempted to complete but instead left the car running louder than when I first received it. The Service manger told me to bring the car back to make sure it was running properly, but upon leaving work to bring it back another light came on which told me to shut the engine off because the there was low oil pressure to the engine. So I was pretty much over it. In going to return the car because, like I said the bank had not processed the loan they tried to charge me 295.00 clean up and 40 cents per mile for returning it! How low down!!! Even when they drove the car while fixing it and have no proof or record of the mileage they put on the car!! They also have no record of fixing the problems that I brought to their attention. So I will not allow them to take my money AND I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT OUT TO HELP BUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF!!!!! I am a real person and have lived in theis town and city since I was young. My family is well known here and I am hoping I can prevent this from happening to anyone else! I am now going through a loooooong process to get my money back that I am rightly due, except the fact that they would steal it from me! ALSO SOME OF THE PEOPLE WRITING THEIR REVIEWS WORK THERE SO I WOULDNT BELIEVE MUCH OF WHAT I SEE FROM THIS COMPANY. SUNNY WORKS THERE SMH.

STAY AWAY!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR, BUT I HAVE TO IN ORDER TO WRiTE A REVIEW. I purchased a vehicle 36 days ago from here. When I went to pick out a car the first one I wanted to drive wouldnt start. That was first red flag. But they gave me some excuse of why it wouldnt start, so I chose another car. After 15 days of having the car the engine light came on and the car started doing crazy stuff. Like accelorating to 8 rpm on its on. When stopped at red light it would try and take off by itself. Really scary stuff. I took it to Ford dealership and in the mean time I found out that there was a MAJOR lawsuit against Ford for all 2011 to 2015 Ford Focuss and Fiestas for the transmission shift fork. Exactly what the car was doing. Evolution knew this and should of never sold me this car. So I call back Evolution Cars to see if they would do the right thing and trade this car out. It has major. Major problems. Well they said we will see what we can do. And for 7 days they ignored me. Wouldnt take my calls. And wouldnt call me back. Once I did get on the phone with them, they told me lie after lie. They wouldnt give me my money back. And I also had already made my first car payment. I had to contact the bank that financed me and they were unaware of any of this. Evolution tried to tell me they were waiting on the bank to give them an ok. WRONG. The bank didnt know anything about this. So now I am having to give this car over to the bank and start all over and purchase a new vehicle. Evolution Cars is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!! MY sis n law also bought a car from here and the muffler was held on by a coat hanger. And they wouldnt even help her fix it. BAD BAD PLACE.

Christy...thats because this is just my email name. I purchased a 12 VW CC Sport on 9/16/16 did take my post down.. But Im back.. I have had this car for a month havent been able to enjoy it yet.. Not to mentioned Ive spent $985.00 in repairs alone so far.. And Im not sure thats it. It came with a crappy warranty. Thats barely honored. Still got to make payments and the car has been in the shop for a week and a half. Only put 2000 miles on it and 800 were from the trips back to the lot. Repair guy is nice. But i REGRET!!!!!going here... Car listed at 12k, 2k down payment, $599 delivery charges.. The car was already there.. Whats that? The car still totaled to be 13k??? Somethings wrong this??.. Thats why the car buying process is easy.. Finance charges are damn near the price of the car.. If i could only go back in time. Beware.

Ive had some really bad experiences at car dealerships but Evolution Cars in Conyers, Ga. wins the prize as being the worst. Id been in contact with Lakeisha over the past few days concerning a specific car I was interested in test driving and possibly buying. We confirmed yesterday and again this morning. I drove all the way from East Point, Ga to Conyers, Ga. only to find out the owner of Evolution Cars had the keys to the one car I wanted to test drive. There was no telling how long it would take for him to arrive. Lakeisha seemed to be a good salesperson, and this is no reflection on her. She seemed as confused as I was, but this is no way to run a business. The owner of Evolution Cars just cost me time, gas, and a road trip riddled with stop and go traffic. This is extremely bad business.

Me and my boyfriend have been eyeing a vehicle for a few weeks on their website. We finally made it out to Conyers to take a look and had the pleasure of having Lakeshia help us make the right choice. She was not pressuring at all and really wanted to work with us. After test driving the vehicle, it was a perfect fit. The website advertised a 90 day warranty along with their normal price. After more researching before we came, their vehicle had a discounted price through a third party website ($1000 off). After negotiations, we left with an awesome car, price and warranty. Thank you Evolution Cars for an awesome experience. A special thanks goes to Lakeshia and the people who helped us that night make a car experience memorable!

Honestly i dont know where to start, everything worked out perfectly i wanted a camaro so bad but all these other dealerships declined me because they thought i was a "risk", but when i went to evolution cars i had a salesperson named lakeisha and she is outstanding at what she does, when i filled in a credit application i got a phone call the next day and told me i got approved for a loan, at first the bank was very skeptical about loaning me the money but lakeisha went out of her way and talked over the bank and i got an amazing price on the camaro and interest rates as low as 10% i would recommend this dealer to anybody whose looking for a good car with outstanding deals!!
