Critical Consumer
The team at Visionworks replaced a pair of glasses I bought a few months ago after that pair completely fell apart. They took care of me and made the whole experience an example of what customer service should be like! They are great!

Today I had the worst experience with one of the staff members there. I did not get treated with respect as a customer/patient. Customer service skills are needed in that specific place. Sorry
