I dont know if they have changed staff since last year. But Ive been in here for 40 mins and no one has given me a box or said Ill be right with you. Update. I went in Tuesday. They helped me right away. I had to tell them that I want the difference on my daughters glasses and mines. They had a sale they didnt offer. Received over $100 back. All in all I am mutual about this store.

Waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Could hear some people talking in the background and completely forgot about me on hold. Called back twice and no one answered the phone. I have a simply question about my warranty on glasses.
