I am done with Price Chopper. I visited this Price Chopper today to buy some food, for I had not eaten the whole day. I was looking for something specific, and ended up roaming around the store for 20 minutes looking for one item alone. During that time, I was not asked if I needed help at all. A few members from the corporate office were there as well, and they ended up walking in front of my cart and cutting me off multiple times. Finally, when I found everything that I needed (after an hour), I checked out just to have the cashier tell me that my transaction was declined... even though I had checked my bank account before going to Price Chopper and knew I had the correct funds. I decided to go to the in-store ATM for 2 minutes in order to get the money out. After I had gotten the money I needed, my cart was gone. They took it from me without even seeing if I had the funds to pay for it. So, I wasted 1 hour at their crappy store for nothing. I will NEVER return to Price Chopper again, especially this one.

Even though I live about a mile from here, I drive several miles further to the Hannaford at exit 11. The quality of food at this Price Chopper is always lacking, and they are often out of stock of the items we like. Even around Thanksgiving time, its easy to find rotten and moldy produce. The cashiers here are friendly, most of the time, but we find that its worth it to simply shop elsewhere. We have informed the store management at this location several times that service and quality are lacking, but they honestly dont seem to care. Other PC locations are better (but not by much.)

Been coming here a long time, not sure for how much longer. The bathrooms are disgusting, nasty toilets, toilet seats falling off, really poor. I do like the people. The overall produce area is difficult to maneuver. The garlic bulbs are surrounded by tomato displays so they can barely be accessed unless your 6ft tall. The produce needs to be changed out more frequently as well, unless you like mushy cukes! Have fun shopping Sunday mornings as there are more stock people then there are customers, with carts of products all over the place to stumble over.

Kudos to Anthony!!!! While I walking out to my car after a long day and tiresome shop....he stopped gathering his carts when he saw me coming and took my cart from me and loaded my car!!!! all while complementing me on my viechle and just pleasant conversation.. ...for such a young man to be so aware and reactive to such wonderful service I cant express enough how much he made my day...thank you Anthony for such superior service.....

Last week, I came to the Malta Price chopper wth my wife to pick up some odds and ends for the week. We were having some trouble with our EBT card, it wouldnt go through when my wife entered the pin. One of the floor supervisors, I believe his name was Noah, did a fantastic job of managing the situation and getting our card to work. He was very polite and cordial through the process. Kudos to you, sir!

I just wanted to give praise to one of the young men in the food court, David H. I dont always have the best experiences with Bella Roma, but David always goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He is very organized, professional, and is most certainly worthy of a management position either in the food court or elsewhere in the store.

Myself and 8 other people are standing in line 6:45 am on a Saturday Memorial Day weekend and out of the 12 plus lanes there is only one cashier. Another person comes up looking for help from the bakery department. The self serve kiosks, all 4 are closed. Uhhhh, hello, its Memorial Day Weekend, someone in scheduling get a clue...

I just want to give special praise to Mr. Jon Rapple of the Maintenance dept. Im in the store all the time and he is great at what he does. Pushing carts in all conditions, fixing bottle machines, mopping floors, and being an all-around kind young man. Keep up the splendid work Jon!

They lie to customers. My bf and I were gonna pay with a check. He called twice ahead cause I was going to see what we needed and when I got there the story changed. Then the manager was rude to him on the phone and claims hell look into it. Losing our business if nothing is done

I went to the Malta, Price Chopper this morning and had to purchase gift cards for the company I worked for. Marc Montano was very helpful and what could of been a nightmare for me made it a very smooth transaction. Thanks Marc for all your help.

Very poor customer service. Long lines with no managers ever available during peak ti.es at 4 to 7pm. The soup bar is ALWAYS EMPTY. The staff behind the hot food counter are pathetic. Theyd rather hide or talk to other employees.

Great location for quick shopping visits and is open 24hrs. They have everything you need and do not skimp out on the quality of their products. Huge selection of produce and meats.
