Our sales lady was wonderful but sadly that is where our good experience ended. We had a change of address prior to delivery. We went in person to give them the new address. On the day of delivery the gentleman went to the old address. After asking us to give him the correct address he said he would be right the rest. The new address was 8 miles away. 3 hours and multiple unanswered phone calls we where told that he decided not to come that day and we would need to reschedule for the next day. The gentleman in the store was beyond rude. He hung up on me multiple times and told me to grow up. We where in the middle of moving so this really added unneeded stress. When the mattress was finally delivered to the correct place the delivery man NEVER spoke a word to me he pointed his fingers and tapped his clip board for a signature. They left horrible marks on my new homes walls and ripped half the plastic on my mattress shoving it around. When I finally was able to get through to a person at corporate after multiple unreturned phone calls the customer service lady told me she did not know what I wanted her to do about my bad experience. Overall I am beyond appalled at the experience and lack of caring by anyone for how we were treated and I would never tell anyone to shop there.

My husband and I bought a new mattress in August 2016. Two months later the right side of our mattress started to sag and slant. We contacted Matress Wearhouse who promptly assisted with a warranty claim. Subsequently we were contacted by a bed inspector ,who set up an appointment to inspect the bed. One and a half weeks later we heard from the Matress Wearhouse warranty department who advised us to obtain a center support and after sending pictures we would be given a credit, value to a replacement mattress. We went to Mattress Wearhouse and were assisted by CI Ci. She was so very helpful, loaded with knowledge and worked tirelessly to make sure we got the perfect replacement. She handled the entire transaction quickly and rushed the shipment of the mattress so we would receive it before the Holiday weekend. She helped to turn an initial disappointment into a very positive experience thru her high quality service!

The whole experience was exceptional. From our salesperson Cici to the delivery process. You are given a delivery window of 3 hours and being able to track the truck and being given a stop number makes this a painless process. You receive an email the night before delivery with the approximate times. I also received a reminder call the day of and an automated call when the truck is 10 minutes out. I would highly recommend this company and especially this store. Thank you!

Horrible service and the salesman, lee was rude and disrespectful when I called to return the crappy mattress he sold me. Claimed he told me stuff that he never did and I had to tell him several times to lower his voice and stop yelling at me. Once I get my refund I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Cant believe I fell for it.

Guy smelled like alchohol and stale cigs. and didnt want to be bothered to help. I bought 2 mattresses an hour later at Martins in Ephrata. Got a better deal and much better help there.
