Miss Pricilla Penny was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a great multitasker, as I was in the store earlier the white gentleman who spoke to said he was gonna be there til closed. I can back hour later was told he left for the day. Miss Penny was ready to help me and 3 other ppl at same time because no else would help when I was in the store earlier the 2 black salesman walk away as I came in the door , a man and woman walk away. I noticed the other white sales ppl either ignore me and others and even left altogether. Yes, that first gentlemen well my son had approach him for earlier, this was a Saturday too. Miss Pricilla Penny is the Only Salesman who was willing to assist you. Even saw a white woman being ignored by the other salesman Miss Penny assisted her too. FYI I purchased 2 mattresses. I had to return to the to change my foundations to splits Miss Penny made changes and save me some money. She also text and call me the day before to remind to contact the store to if my mattresses came in and text next to see all went well all on her day off mind you. Buy from from Pricilla Penny :)

Only reason I rated highly is so all can BEWARE!!! I have no account with grand furniture and have never even stepped inside a store but yet they have managed to drain my checking account and refuse to explain why or what is going on. I cant get anyone to answer the phone and when I do they wont let me talk to anyone like a manager or person in charge. If I have never had an acct and they are treating me like this draining my accts then just imagine what theyll do to you. Im so beyond frustrated and lost my hard earned money for furniture I never purchased and have no idea what I am even paying for. Is it a chair, ottoman, couch, or maybe some tables. Who knows!

Went here today to buy a mattress. Found one I really liked thanks to our saleslady " Nancy" . She had us ready to go, Paid for it & waited 1HOUR & 30MINUTES & still NO mattress in my truck. 3 in stock & they couldnt find one.. 1 hour 45 minutes & finally I walk back inside & tell the lady to just refund my card. Her comment was " wow I thought you were already gone" This place was a JOKE.... The best thing there is Ms. Nancy.

I enjoyed the sales people and the manager was spot on. I have never met a guy like Terry. He was great! If I was not engaged and he was 40 years( just joking 15 years) young I would of been more bold. Only thing I did not like dealt with a woman from corporate.

Great prices on a large selection of furniture. Had a great experience dealing with Nancy...very professional and courteous, and saved me over $700 over buying from brand-name retail chains. Would definitely recommend to others in the area looking for furniture!

Ok sales staff, they did fix a piece of furniture for me even though all of it is sold "as-is" but they didnt do it at first and I had to point it out upon pickup. Decent prices, and they also have a section of used stuff.
