This store is the worst in the area. I bought a hair trimmer for my dog, it turned on in the store but when I got home it wasnt working well and did not cut my dogs hair at all. When I took it back the manager had an attitude and said no refund or exchange. I asked him what I was suppose to do with it and he said I cant help u. I was so pissed, I threw it on the ground and left. If I could give them no star I would.

Ive been to probably 90% of the thrift stores in Hampton Roads. This location is easily in my top 3. Good atmosphere, fair pricing, high end stuff, and has more of a treasure hunt feel than any store I have been to. Dont let the area and look from the outside deceive you, this is among the top thrift stores in eastern Virginia.

If you have something specific, that you need, they probably have it. But, the prices are a little high and there is no "changing area", so you will see ladies trying on pants in the aisles....I could not do that, so I always ended up with something that had to go back...BUT there are no returns, so...

Great thrift store in Norfolk. Lots of variety. Great prices. And helpful staff. I always find more than what I come for. Be sure to check out their furniture if you need something. Solid pieces for reasonable cost.
