Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to replace a water bed frame for my elderly parents and the measurements were not standard. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I purchased the correct frame and foundation for my parents. I had been looking online for items that would meet their needs. However, I found myself overwhelmed because the conventional replacement mattresses they had purchased to fit the California water bed were unique. Andrews research and basic knowledge of the industry was so helpful. I wish I had gone to see him before I spent hours online. Andrew was also thoughtful and considerate of our family s schedule when he scheduled the delivery. I am very pleased with the service I received from Andrew at the Cortland, NY store. Job well done!

We went to the Cortland, NY store on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. It was pretty busy and they only had two associates on. The overall experience was great. The sales guy, Terry, was great with helping us get the mattress we wanted along with the cover we needed - all within our budget! My only negative was the amount of time we had to wait. Terry was trying to help us and several others so he kept leaving us to deal with other customers. That was a bit frustrating as it took much longer and we had long periods of time just hanging out waiting for him to come back. We love the new mattress and would definitely see them again the next time we need one.

We had a great experience. Terry was very thorough in explaining things to us. Terry took time to make sure that we found a bed and pillow that was perfect for us...after some time we were able to find a bed,pillows, and (to our surprise!) an adjustable bad that was perfect for us.The in-store experience was excellent! The delivery was great as well, they called to let us know when they were twenty minutes away, once they were here it took them less then five minutes to get the old bed out,and the new bed in and all set up!

I was looking for black Friday sale, but the guy was telling us, they do not sell cheap stuffs, but I was there was sale going on! He told us to go another store! Then I saw him the online black Friday advertisement, then I said see, you sell this stuffs! Overall my experience is bad on that store in Cortland, NY. There was only one guy who was polite and actually better sales person. The other one shouted to us to go another store!!

Andrew was very helpful when we were choosing a bed! He had us test out a bunch of beds and helped us find the best one, at a great price! Terry, the manager, and Andrew really made us feel welcomed and carried on friendly conversation with us! Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone! It just really sucks that some people dont realize that the other places that sell beds in the area are ripping them off, like they did to us!

I walked in looking for a mattress, not actually looking to buy one. I was set on a Casper or a leesa before a man by the name of A.J. set me on a better path. I strilolled out of there the proud new owner of a cressendo. I love it. Definitely better than the 10 year old twin bed I was tossing and turning on. Thanks metro mattress, and most importantly thank you A.J. Wubba lubba dub dub!

I cant say enough about Terry Vestal at Metro Mattress in Cortland. He asked all the right questions that lead to several choices the let us try them all. He never pressured us one way or the other he just wanted us to be comfortable in our new bed. I have several back problems, and you could see a genuine concern in his face as he stayed with us through the process. Thanks Terry

Great experience here. Just bought our second new mattress in 5 years, and the store manager, Mr. Vestal, made the experience very easy and was eager to help us find the right mattress for our needs and our budget. Worth the few extra $ to purchase here Vs. at a big box store.
