I worked very hard to order the right furniture to match what I had already bought from this store. I waited over 6 weeks, then called as I had been told it would be in 4-6 weeks from order. I learned then there was a new owner a tthe place my order was made...long story short, after another 1-2 weeks, I could not get the 4 pieces ordered AND the ONLY offer I had to make it right was to spend over $500 MORE to get 4 pieces NOT AS NICE and that would have to be stained hopefully to match!!!!! WHY was I not offered at least the 4 most similar pieces AT THE SAME COST???? I got soooo tired of the monotone comment of the highest person there "It is beyond my control..." and " I have to keep my doors open, I cannot do any better than this option" and other placating and refusing of responsibility comments. I had two people with me and all of us were appalled at the lack of desire to satisfy a longstanding customer WITHOUT it costing that customer any extra monies!!!! I soon called others i had sent to this store and asked them NOT to go buy anything, and all agreed they do not want to support a store that shirks its responsibility to a customer that has made an order, put a deposit on it, and waited beyond the time it was promised. Excuses are easy, good sevice even at a loss are what makes a business a good one.

I am a very pleased customer! I was completely clueless about the art of staining furniture when I walked in. I was greeted by a man (I think he was the owner) who walked me through the entire process of staining. He was courteous and spent alot of his time answering all my silly questions and giving me helpful tips. He even gave me a complementary buffer pad and wipe cloth. My furniture turned out beautiful!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place and I will be back!!!

Top notch service and professional from there entire staff!! They were so helpful in helping me narrow down chairs I was looking for. Felt like I was family to them, they were always willing to help me and with a smile. My 8 chairs turned out amazing!! Thank you for all the help and tips on everything!
