I had the WORST and the most humiliating experience today at the Target store in Wyomissing PA. I bought a patio umbrella back in June 2008. In about 5 weeks I realized that the product was defective because it would not open all the way and the handle was not easy to operate. I wanted to return the item at the store but because of work I had to travel for the first 3 weeks of August. On Aug 22nd I visited the Wyomissing store and "Lisa" was at the Customer service counter. She was not very happy with my intention to return the umbrella and she asked me to bring the original packaging in case I wanted to return the item. She conveyed this to me in a very rude manner. In any case, I left the store thinking that her rudeness is a one off instance and maybe she was having a bad day. Aug 28th, I go back to the store at 7:45pm with the original receipt and packaging. There were 3 other customers returning items in front of me. "Lisa" was again at the customer service. When I gave her my receipt and told her what the defect was, she started yelling at me and said "It took you all summer to realize that there is a defect" and "You used this all summer and now you want to return it". I tried to explain to her that I am not trying to cheat the system and there is a genuine defect but she singled me out and behaved very rudely in front of other customers. Me and my family ONLY shop at Target, my shopping history will show that I rarely return anything back to the store. But when there is a genuine defect and I bring it to the store within the policy period why am I treated differently. The end result, I brought the defective item back home because I felt humiliated in front of other customers. I am mentally disturbed by this behaviour. Me and my family will never ever shop again at TARGET after this experience and you just lost a loyal customer. $60 dosent mean anything to me but the amount of humiliation and false accusation that I had to go through for something that is inline with the policy is just ridiculous and unacceptable. I am not sure if this is Lisas problem or if this is the company policy to single people out on certain characteristics and humiliate them. I would like this email to be forwarded to the right authorities because they need to know what really goes on in some of their stores and how loyal customers are treated.

Employee verbally abused my teenage daughters because of their immature behavior. Yes they were doing wrong by riding an electric cart around the store but to yell at them in front of everyone is my job. Female employee proceeded to say how she hates my girls loudly with other customers and employees around. What kind of employee does this? You take them aside and tell them to stay off the carts or they wont be allowed back in the store. Not treat them like second class citizens who by the way were there to make a purchase. Unacceptable behavior for ANY employee in customers service.

I just had the most wonderful experience at this store. I went in to buy an Apple Watch but didnt know specifics of what I wanted (i.e. series, color, band) Your wonderful and friendly tech associate in electronics, Olivia, was extremely patient with me and answered all my questions. She was so personable and helped me make my decision while giving her opinion but never being too pushy. She even pulled up the various colors on an iPad so I could see them better. She made a big, stressful purchase so easy! AMAZING employee!!!!

As a Mom with a 1yr old I would like to get in and out of a CLEAN Bathroom quickly. This store is a favorite of mine but no family bathroom! Try maneuvering your shopping cart and toddler in and out of the bathroom entrance...its annoying and after the weekly shopping trip at Target Wyomissing and other local stores I must say Kohls has a very clean and family friendly bathroom....PLEASE IMPROVE !!!

Dead store in the morning. I wanted to use the mens room but it was closed do to cleaning. The one by the pharmacy was locked or in use. I bought a cup of you yogurt and took it to the snack bar. No spoons. The associate had to back to the store room to get a box of plastic spoons. What a miserable store.

Target is always a great place to shop, but leaving the fitting rooms unattended, leaves a lot of opportunity for theft. My daughter and I used the fitting rooms, only to find TONS of empty hangers and clothing tags all over the dressing room floors. Not the best practice for a high end store like Target.

Fairly crowded on holidays and bad weather, but on an average day is it pretty quite and relaxing to shop here. It clean and I pretty much cant step into another aisle with out a staff member asking if I need help looking for something. Great customer service.

This Target is good if you like to be verbally assaulted !!! The attitude in this Target has gone way downhill in the past 3 years. The Costumer Service people are so rude its unbelievable. I live less then a mile away and refuse to ever go back.

I always enjoy roaming around Target and seeing what they offer thats different from Walmart. Theres always a unique selection of products and employees are always so friendly and helpful. They always seem to be so well stocked and clean too!

Not only is the store clean and organized, but the staff there is super friendly. If you ever need help while shopping there, make sure to go up to an employee.

Target has pretty much everything you need under one roof, unless you need firearms or liquor. Decent store brands ranging from food to home goods to clothing.

A Target so the shopping is always the same. I find this location to be nutty sometimes and the parking lot is very crazy if you have small children.
