Tip: If the store name has the word "Discount" in it (like the one down the road from this one) you will get what you pay for and regret it! This place, however, is great! The staff is helpful and not pushy, the shipping rates are very reasonable and this company stands by their stuff. We bought a bedroom set from these guys a few months ago and we are loving it! Hands down the best furniture place around.

You get what you pay for. The prices are better than everywhere else, but thats because of the awful quality of the products and the even more awful warranties on those products. Our table was sent already damaged, and the wood split within months. Our sectionals springs broke, the fabric got pilly and ruined, and they refused to replace it less than 1 year later. Dont buy from here!

My husband and I bought a sofa and love seat about two years ago from Ashley Furniture in Wilkesbarre. The cushions recently started to sink down; therfore, we called to see if anything could be done for us. The store manager was very helpful and ordered us new cushions at no charge.

Bought a mattress and was sent the wrong mattress. The mattress was hard as a brick. Ashley refused to deliver the correct mattress until the following Thursday (9 days). This store has HORRIBLE customer service. I chose to do business elsewhere, and I was treated much better.
