It appears that the text of my review has disappeared, so Ill briefly summarize my experience at Raymour & Flanigan again: the staff, while friendly, was disorganized and often incompetent. After waiting a full month for our chair to arrive, we were told it was in the store for pickup - then, oops, no it wasnt, so we drove across town to their warehouse, where they refused to give us the chair because we didnt have the proper paperwork. The store insisted this should not be the case! Yet it was! Finally we were offered free delivery for our pains, but it would be several days before they could deliver and we were going out of town. So we elected to simply pick it up in the store when it actually DID arrive, and the desk associate promised us a "gift card or something." When the chair did come in, it was the wrong color, despite the paperwork having been filled out correctly by our sales associate. We were never offered that "gift card or something" and elected to get a refund and walk. Ive written a letter to their corporate office and have heard nothing back, months later. Shop here at your own peril.

We ordered a dresser and two couches. They said that they would be there to drop them off from 11:45-2:45. We were there the entire time waiting and nothing came. That is a huge time frame that made it so that we had to take off from work to wait. When they didnt show up, we called them multiple times to ask what is going on. 3 hours later and still no one has arrived. I hope that they can fix their delivery service.
