I recently purchased a replacement refrigerator at this Sears location. I usually turn to Sears when I need a major appliance because they have good prices and I can depend on them to come to my house for repairs at a reasonable price if it is necessary in the future. The thing I most appreciated about doing business with the Sears in Elizabeth City was the staffs willingness to help me select a model that met my criteria - affordability and reliability. Im a picky shopper and visited the sales floor on two separate occasions and asked a million questions, half of them which I am sure were pretty dumb, but I never felt like the staff didnt have time for me. I felt that the sales staff that I spoke with were super helpful and friendly and very easy to talk to and work with. I had a great experience.
