The car buying experience was very good. I didnt feel pressured at all. Service is where my issue lies. The vehicle that I purchased in October of 2015 was a 2008 Nissan Altima. I was aware that the vehicle had previously been in an accident, but trusted that Faulkner Nissan had checked over the vehicle. Also, Faulkner Nissan had performed most of the maintenance to the vehicle, so I felt comfortable. Two months later, at the end of December 2015, noticed the rear of the car hydroplaning bad in wet conditions. Upon further inspection, I found that the rear tires were wearing unevenly. The inside of the tire was fine, but the outside was showing secondary rubber. I took my car to Faulkner Nissan, and after looking at it told me that the camber buckets needed replaced, my rear shocks were low, and my rear tires needed replaced. The total bill was going to be around $1800...for a car I had just purchased 2 months prior. Faulkner Nissan worked with me and in the end I had to pay around $960. During this service, they performed a 4 wheel alignment and never indicated there was any issue. On March 14, 2015, I called Faulkner Nissan because I was having the same problem again. I took my car in to be looked at again. The next day I was told that my alignment was out, and there were no adjustments that could be made to fix it. They said they needed to send my car to the body shop because they thought the frame might be bent. I went to Faulkner Nissan that afternoon. Upon arriving, I spoke to George in the service department, who insisted that he told me that my alignment was not 100% when it was previously serviced. He stuck to this story, lying to my face in front of the service manager. In the end, I agreed to have the body shop look at it after I was told that the diagnostics would not cost me anything. This was Tuesday. On Thursday, I called George to follow up and was told he hadnt heard anything. By Monday, I still hadnt heard anything, so I called the body shop myself. Finally I was able to get some information. Over the next two weeks, the only updates that I got were because I called myself. George from Faulkner Nissan did not follow up with me at all. In the end, my car was fully repaired, including new tires, at no cost to me. That is the only reason I gave 2 stars. It turned out that my frame was straight, but several parts were bent as a result of the prior accident. Being that Faulkner Nissan knew about the accident, I feel they should have have inspected the vehicle more thoroughly. They sold me a car that they did not properly inspect. The end product was great. But the overall service was terrible. It should not be my responsibility to check on my car. The Service department should keep me informed. George was terrible. Bold faced lied. I will not return to Faulkner Nissan for any reason.

ASTONISHED reading others reviews. I was browsing through some Harrisburg Nissan dealers and couldnt believe some people! I have been buying Muranos from Faulkner for years, and having the service done there, too. Yes, there were times I went in for an oil change and ended up getting something more...like a $100 belt, because the technician was alert to notice mine was cracking. I was happy he caught that, rather than me finding out on the highway, on my way to an important event with my family. I was an airline pilot and appreciated attention to "little" details, before they turned into something worse. One time Faulkner took it upon themselves to petition Nissan factory to cover en expensive headlamp that it didnt feel I should have to pay for, but which technically WAS my responsibility. It was successful. I referred a friend who bought a new Murano, based upon my experiences, and he has been delighted. I have a local video business, Allens Memory Lane, that largely depends on good customer service and word-of-mouth referrals. I take great care to have happy customers, and I honestly get the feeling that Faulkner does too.Thats why I had to write this review...my first ever...to go to bat for what I consider to be a 5-star dealer. Theyve told me things I didnt always like, but needed saying anyway, and they have never, and I repeat, never let me down. I cant say enough about ALL their friendly staff. Vince Allen

This past week we bought a Nissan Murano from Faulkner Nissan, and our experience was nothing less than fabulous! Our salesperson, Kristyn Nunemacher was the absolute best!!! We first looked at the car Friday a week ago (her day off), and she stayed late that Friday. Then we decided to buy a Frontier later this past week, and once again she stayed late on Friday, once again her day off. She is extremely well-versed in all aspects of both vehicles we were interested in (I think she probably knows all of their vehicles very well). She goes out of her way for her customer and makes you feel like you are the most important thing, and she really tries to do everything possible to make you happy. I feel we got a very good deal on both vehicles. Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly and very nice to work with. I had two small issues which I requested they take care of, and both things were taken care of immediately to my satisfaction. We had after-market items to be installed on the one vehicle, so we also dealt with the service and parts departments, and they were also very friendly and went out of their way to do a great job! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I just had an outstanding experience with Cedric OHara at Faulkner Nissan! I was going to buy my third Nissan and being only 21 I am often nervous about the car buying experience alone because I never know what to look for. After spending a few hours there Cedric actually encouraged me to have my dad come and sort out of the deal with my to take the pressure off. This is the first time Ive ever been at a dealership that didnt try to pass one by me and encouraged the help of someone wiser. I was there for so long that day because of everything I had to take care of and Cedric actually bought me a snack with his personal card when I mentioned being hungry. He got me coffee and even let me dig into his personal life while we sat and waited for my father. I know car sales can be tough especially with the commission aspect. I took 9 hours out of this mans day that he could have used selling a car double the price of mine and he never complained. I was there two and a half hours after closing and he stayed the whole time to see me off in my new car. Thats the kind of customer service every place should offer! I highly recommend Cedric and Faulkner Nissan for your car buying needs.

Customer Service is Defined at this place. Car buying experience: Was very friendly. Chris from the sales Team was very persuasive. Always treated us well. He was willing to listen and negotiate on all our needs. The dealership went out of its way to get me the color combination I needed for my 2015 Nissan Murano. Made our buying experience very smooth. I Also approached Brenner Nissan multiple times for the purchase. The treatment and negotiation is MILES APART. Car Service: At my third service, I was advised to change my back tires due to driving it miss aligned. Costing me close to 500$. I approached Nissan North America and Faulkner Nissan for a complementary replacement since it was too early for one and the vehicle being delivered out of factory spec. I was turned down by both with no hope for a bit of consideration. Being ready to get it replaced out of my pocket I got my car checked into Nissan. Had a short brief conversation with Greg, the service manager. To my surprise, I got 2 new tires and the vehicle aligned at 0$. They sure do know how to make their customers walk out with a smile on the face.
