So I called Gilroy Flower Shop because my best friend was having her first baby and was having a baby shower. I, living in San Diego was not going to be able to attend so I thought I would have flowers delivered to the event. I chose to call a local flower shop rather then a big online flower delivery to make sure the flowers got delivered directly to the shower, during the shower. I chose a modest but nice flower arrangement. I believe it was 39.95 I ended up being charged $50 which seemed high because as far as I saw the only other charge was tax, but I let it go. Now, I started being skeptical that my order would be right when I was dictating what I wanted in the card and the woman who took my order had to ask me how to spell "extraordinary" that made me nervous. You would think at a flower shop they are asked to write positive words often so that just make me wonder. Well, the flowers were to be delivered between 1pm and 4pm so they would come to the event. I called on the Saturday of the event to verify that they were being delivered at the right time and come to find out the flower show was closed. So that was another red flag, they are supposed to deliver the flowers after one but they close at noon. Well sure enough the flowers got delivered before the event, before the guests, or the mom to be was even there. So I understand that she did get the flowers but I specifically asked them to be delivered during 1 and 4 and they were delivered before. Well, I decided to call the flower show. On their website they state a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I honestly wasnt satisfied. So the women on the phone of course was very combative. She kept saying that the order for says to delivered before one! I told her over and over again that I specifically stated after one. She didnt want to hear it, "no maam the delivery driver does what is on the order form and the order form says before one!" We talked in circles about this for 5 minutes before I finally said "dont you think it would be good customer service to say that we could have made a mistake and we are sorry". I told the woman that their website clearly says that they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and I am not satisfied. The woman couldnt have cared less. I may be old fashioned but if you are going to offer a guarantee like that. its good business practice to abide by it.

Gloria and Frank are the best!! Very fast service and always had beautiful arrangements from the Gilroy Flower Shop. This shop is family owned and operated and is the oldest flower shop in town. Please be aware that there are some other flower shops in Gilroy which have a similar name. Gilroy Flower Shop has been in business for over 40 years and has a great reputation. I have been using their shop for many years and have been very happy with all the flowers and arrangements they provided. I would highly recommend the Gilroy Flower Shop because of their friendly and prompt service as well as their beautiful fresh flowers they always provide. Thanks for the awesome job in creating such beautiful arrangements!! I really appreciate your hard work!!

Undoubtedly the best florist in all gilroy, I placed an order for my mother, it was her birthday and arranging flowers was beautiful, it was the best party, its owners are very attentive and helpful, I recommend this florist widely !!! Deliveries always made in a timely manner !!! And best of all they also speak Spanish !!!

I ordered a flower arrangement for my wife on her birthday. They did a beautiful arrangement for a reasonable price and delivered very early on her birthday. She loves it and flowers were fresh.
