This florist is a Teleflora agent and my husband ordered an arrangement for my 60th birthday through Teleflora. The arrangement was not absolutely beatiful, but disappointing. It was well watered when recieved on a Thursday, late afternoon. By Friday I noticed droop on the orchids. Arrangement did not need water on Saturday, and by then the orchids were dead. The moss did not sufficiently cover the styrofaon plate, arrangement was in cheap plastic and the chocolates had a grey cast to them. The florist never apologized for the arrangement, placing most of the blame on ordering through Teleflora and stating that Teleflora keeps most of the money. Do I need to know that as a consumer? She said she would check with the staff and see what they could do but I was not looking for recompensation; only an explanation on why my arrangement did not last.

I ordered a corsage and boutonniere to be picked up on February 15th between 10-2. My son went to pick them up for his formal dance and they were closed. After calling and receiving a message that they were closed for the holiday weekend I was needless to say angry. $70 pre paid! So we had to get something thrown together at another florist costing me more money!!! No phone call nothing! Do not go to Ribbons and Roses! Tara Swisher

Tried to call to send flowers, but got no answer. The answering machine had a message about a store closure that was nearly a month old. Sending flowers at 1:58 on a Saturday afternoon shouldnt be a hassle when the store is supposed to be open from 9 to 5. Unfortunately, I got the service I had been warned I would receive. Too bad...

I went to Ribbons & Roses for a prom corsage and the lady was extremely nice and helpful, and gave my flowers special attention even though it was only for prom. She showed me the flowers in the back and was great to work with. I would definitely go back there for any future needs.

Ordered a last minute anniversary arrangement for a dinner at Zephyrs and they came out amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. She went above and beyond and had the arrangement delivered for me. Will be back.
