Worst decision I have ever made. Almost three years since I got locked into the CNAC death grip and they still spam my phone half a dozen times a day, harass my co-workers, my family, my boss, and anyone they can find out knows me through internet, social media, word of mouth or anything else. They make you pay bi-weekly and I pay once month, and so they are constantly (for three years straight) treating me like I never pay my car payment and spreading this rumor to everyone I know. I have had to contact a lawyer to warn them about their shady, often illegal scare tactics and immoral business practices twice. Now that it is about to happen a third time with only a few months left in the contract, I wanted to let everyone know what they are getting into. These people are vultures and you will be unable to complete a loan contract with them unless you have a good lawyer to threaten them and keep them in line. They will take advantage of you and ruin your reputation, and tell you to your face that you cant do anything to stop them until you call a lawyer. Every time.

Do whatever you can to avoid from buying a car from any JD Byrider. I bought a car from them in June of 2012 and it was the worst mistake of my adult life. They charged me double the value of the car I bought. They force you to buy a 36 month 36,000 mile warranty on the car but READ THE FINE PRINT it covers some and doesnt cover most. Their customer service is to the point (specifically the Bedford location) that once you buy the car they dont want anything else to do with you. Regardless if you need an oil change or the engine blew up they will make you wait 3 + weeks before they can fix he car. They have what I concern B rated mechanics, who tired to convince me that my tires had gone bad and to buy new tires. When I had the car looked at by an experienced and trusted mechanic it was determined that the car needed a new wheel bearing. JDB mechanics insisted it was tires, but when I insisted on replacing the wheel bearing it fixed the problem. Flat out they take advantage of uninformed and desperate people who need a car, like I was. Just dont do it!

My experience with JDByrider was unique in itself. I came in with "interesting" circumstances, and left with a car! (a pretty decent one at that!)They were patient and understanding; went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while waiting and in my new ride! I spotted a few things I couldve have done without (rust and pet hair from the previous owner) and the manager Donny made sure it was taken care of! (Fully detailed!!!)To them I wasnt just a number! They remembered my name and made sure I was more than satisfied even after my new purchase! The amazing customer service I experienced from Donny and his team was exceptional! I recommend to everyone who thinks theyre credit is too far gone (or finds themselves in "unique" situations) to come in and give them a try!!!

I have warrenty on my van for 3 years 136,00 miles. tried to call today for a car battery and was told that first available appointment is Feb 14. For a car battery, i am suppose to wait 3 weeks for a car battery. Really a shame that i have paid every 2 weeks on time for 2 years and I have to wait 3 weeks for a battery. REALLY. Not very good customer service there.

I came into JD Byrider feeling like a hopeless romantic, but thank God I came in & met Steve. Mr. Givner was very down to earth & prompt he helped me out tremendously. He listened to everything I said I wanted & thought was possible. I appreciate him soooo much! When all the other car lots tell u No JD will say yessss & be reasonable

WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. ALL CARS ARE 3X THE AMOUNT THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORTH. MY CAR SOMEHOW BROKE DOWN EVERY MONTH! And it never was anything minor and the warranty they make u buy dont cover barely anything. Dont get trapped! Go ANYWHERE but here they are the worst especially for a first car

Got my breaks fixed not even a month ago every time I call about them looking at it cause its been still squeaking on the left side and has been since I picked it up the man says itll be a month before I can take it in and Im going to have to pay all over again. Not fair Im already paying$ 20,000 for a $ 5000 car.
