Horrible, Unreliable, Liars! First and foremost, they will tell you that you can go anywhere Chevy certified to use your lifetime warranty. This is only if you live more than 150 miles away, otherwise you DO need to take it to Van Devere. They also dont tell you that you MUST have your first oil change done with them. They knew we were going to be there at 10:00 on Saturday, January 31 and we already had our financing and pre-approval in order. I had spoken with several people, two of them being Randy Browne and Deb) Randy Browne is cocky and rude. He is not interested in helping you or answering your questions. He simply wants to rush you off the phone. Deb was supposed to call me the morning of the 31st to make sure everything was set up. She never did. We get there at 10:00, the car wasnt ready and they couldnt even find it in the lot. We sat at the dealership for 35 min. before they could locate the vehicle. It took another 15 min. before we were able to test drive it. I did a significant amount of research on the vehicle I wanted as well as my trade and I will tell you, they also they will try ripping you off on your trade if you let them. I had received two separate trade appraisals before I went to Vanderever. One trade was $14.5K and the other was for $15K. They wanted to give me $13,250. This is after I told them what my other trade appraisals came back at. I had to show them an email that Sweeney sent me showing the trade they would give and they would still only give me $14,250 after I started walking out. (They will tell you when you call that they give top dollar for your trade. LIES!) When it was time to do our financing, we kept asking to be in the room with Sam because we had a few requests. They said no so we let them know that our payments needed to be on the 20th of every month and that we did not want to finance more than $23K (the rest was a down-payment.) They said they would let Sam know. We had to ask about the down-payment twice before they took a check the the amount we wanted to put down. This pushed us back even further because they started the financing process for the full amount. This is a little ridiculous since we had already told them we were putting money down. While we were signing papers we noticed that our payment date was the 14th. They said that since they put it through for the wrong date, we would have to call the company to have it changed! Can these people do anything right? We also told them we wanted to use out plates since we would be transferring them. They did not tell us that since the names didnt match that we would need 30 day tags. It would have been nice to know. When we were done with the financing department, we went out to get the keys and they asked me for the keys to the vehicle we were trading in. I explained that we have already given them both sets of keys. They had us looking everywhere for these key (which may I add had all of my other keys on it as well!) We kept telling them over and over that they already had them from when they did the appraisal! After over a half hour, they found them behind the service desk (of all places, huh?) We are finally ready to leave an see that there is no owners manual in the vehicle and we only have one set of keys (it was advertised to have two) They took an owners manual from another vehicle and said they would mail us the other set of keys. I agreed since by this time we had been there for FIVE AND A HALF HOURS! I was so frustrated I just wanted to leave! We get home-an hour drive and realize they didnt end up putting a front plate bracket on our vehicle and they didnt give us our plates.....UGH! We called on Monday to explain what had happened and had to explain what happened to three different people before I could get a resolution. I explained how frustrated I was with our overall experience to ALL THREE people and got NOT ONE apology. Said they would reimburse for bracket, 4 calls later to Bob the manger, no call back! Much more to say but I hit my review limit! :(

Called the dealership that I am 3.5 hours from at 10am on a Saturday and talked with Nate one of the sales guys. We had an enclave that we found on eBay it looked very nice and we said we would be there at 3:30 to pick it up. Nate said he would have it pulled up by the door and he will gas it up and we will be ready to go. We got there and seen Nate working with another guy selling a car and he put us in touch with Dimont. We went to look at the Enclave there was dirt all over the carpet and it was filthy and it had a 3 inch indent in one of the rims. We drove it anyway and got back to the dealership and he showed us the number and we talked about the price and I told him what I saw and what we expected as a customer driving from 3.5 hours away. The sales manager came over and assured us that it is a "used" car and there was nothing he could do. We said ok if there is nothing you can do we will go somewhere else. He then said he could take $100 off. Lol Nate then came back to check on us and said lets re-look at this and get you the real numbers and said I dont know what Dimont was thinking he is an air head were his exact words. He then talked it over with the sales manager and offered us $200 more for our trade. I said no I just want my keys back so we can go. He went to get them and came back and offered $500 more for our trade. I said no and asked for the keys again. The sales manager then came over and offered $1500 total for the trade and I said no I want my keys. He then told me, "didnt you do your homework before you drove over here your trade isnt even worth what I am paying you." I told him yes I did, I seen the car in excellent condition for one price and I came in to a fair to poor condition car for the same price. Needless to say the 5th time I asked for my keys and I got them and left. I will not ever be back and I hope you do your homework and read this review and fix your problems for the next customers. Oh and I had cash ready to buy no financing need it would have been an easy transaction if you would have just shown some quality customer service like your website says you have.

My wife and I went in here the other day to try and find a vehicle. They have a decent selection of vehicles that are "VIP Priced." I was going to trade in my truck but they werent going to give me, what I thought was at least a somewhat decent deal on it because thats what AutoTrader said its worth. Needless to say, no go on the trade in. But I am still a cash buyer who was going to buy on the spot... WAS. I made an offer, and they told me that they dont take offers. I walked away from the deal. They arent the only dealership out there, so no harm no foul. I get a phone call the next day asking how my experience was and if I found a vehicle I liked, which I did I just didnt find the price I wanted. So I was offered to have an "opportunity" to sit down with the sales manager and figure out a price. Before I drove over an hour, I wanted to talk to the manager. Before I wasted my time just to walk away from a deal again. I called, asked for the sales manager, was transferred to someone, who didnt tell me there name and was not a manager but "could help me anyways." I explained to her my situation and she said I cant help you with that let me find the manager. When the manager finally got on the phone he was... rude, to say the least. I understand you have other customers and sale reps to handle as well. But, if a cash buyer is on the phone ready to come and buy a vehicle, you would think that would be a thing to have on his mind as well, it wasnt. Once he finally gave me a fraction of his attention he kept interrupting me and talking over me. I told him that he wasnt giving me any good reason to give him my business. He then told me that he can give me a lifetime warranty. I wouldnt recommend this place, solely on how I was treated by one of the managers.
