First off, I cannot speak on any other part of this dealership except service. My experience with the Service Department at Falls Motor City was a very bad. Both men at Service counter were very rude when I asked details about the work being done on my car, as well as telling the techs to be careful with greasy hands and clothes on my tan interior. When I saw the tech that was working on my car in the garage, I thought it was best just to talk to him, since the men at the counter were too lazy to relay the messages themselves. When I got to my car that was being worked on, I was shocked to see the tech was half in, half out of my new car with one boot on my door sill! When I reached my car, he quickly got out of it. I asked him if he had found the problem with my car, and to please be careful with my NEW car. He acted like he did not know what I was even talking about, and tried walking away from me. I then went back inside to talk to the worthless men at the counter to see how long they thought it was going to take, they told me that they had no clue and that they would all be going on lunch break soon...I had been waiting since 10am and was told initially it would be about an hour. Just as I was about to find a way home, the guy at the counter came over and told me what was wrong with my car, and that they would have to order the part. I told him I would get it fixed at a different dealership. Gettting into my car to leave, I could see right where the tech had put his boot on the plastic and steel jeep plate. I tried rubbing it out with my fingers and it would not come off. When I got home I used some detailing spray and a cloth and got some of it off, but I still cannot get off the deep scuff marks and the fine scrathes on my door sill. My door was also all scuffed up on the inside, but that finally came off after some rubbing. The next day I talked to the Service manager and was basically told that I am a lier, and that his men could not have done such things. When you care about your car, you would think that the people working at a dealership would be very understanding and respectful of that, but not at Falls Motor City. They all looked at me strange when I asked them to please be careful with my car that I try so hard to keep nice. I had spent hundreds of dollars on parts for my Jeep here, but will no longer. When it comes time to buy a new vehicle, I will take my business elsewhere, as well as my family and friends.

I have only used the service department at Falls CJD. Previously, I made appointments for service and to try to be accomodating to the service department I dropped my car off for the day for service, only call them myself at 4:00 in the afternoon to find out what was malfunctioning on my car, only to be told that no one had even looked at it yet. After that experience I was leary about returning, but I went back to the dealership in person to get an estimate for repairs and some additional maintenance and schedule an appointment and was met with an obvious look of annoyance by the service writer. He told me I could hang around for a while to get an estimate but he couldnt do it right away. In an effort to be accomodating again, I told them what repairs and maintenance I wanted an estimate and appointment for and asked him to call me, that was three days ago. I was expecting an estimate for repairs and maintenance around $1000, but I dont want to beg them to take my money, and put up with their surly attitudes while I do it. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. p.s. Im a former manager of a saturn dealership service department and know a little bit about how to please customers, the men at Falls CJD do not, nor do they seem to have any desire to do so.

Excellent out of state experience here! I was looking for a good deal on a new 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie Crew Cab. Saw an add from an Ohio dealership on e-bay for a great price for this vehicle, not too far from home - 2 hours away. Called the dealership and spoke to Ron Hall, an excellent and forthright salesman. I told him that I was inquiring about the ad on eBay. He took the VIN and pulled up al the information and answered all my questions. We then covered my trade and agreed on a value. We agreed that all things being equal I would drive out and do this deal. I drove from Pittsburgh PA, with my trade, to Cuyahoga Falls OH, about two hours away. I liked the truck and they liked my trade and the entire deal went through exactly as agreed upon and there were no surprises. The finance manager, Cole Morgan, was very thorough and explained all the forms that we were executing. No pressure to buy warranties or rust proofing, although add on products were brought up. Both people I interacted with at this dealership were professional in every way and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle here and would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member!

Cannot believe how bad this dealer has become - they used to be known for honesty and integrity and now they are just the opposite. They are masters of the bait and switch. They openly lied with a new JGC limited car price and trade in price on email just to get me in there and then completely reversed course when I arrived. Dishonest is putting it mildly. The salesman was awful and the GM is in on this new "con the customer" act. Be aware that despite the fact that they allow you to value your trade on kelly blue book on thier website they absolutely do not honor that when you go in there - not even close - they will reduce it by thousands - absolutely no integrity. I have spent the last four years recommending this dealer to anyone who would listen and I will spend the next four warning people to stay away. I cant believe how sleazy the whole experience was - especially as I was not expecting it. I just wanted to take a shower when I got home. I would like to warn any potential customer - do your homework, dont believe a single thing they say, and watch out for the GM - he knows every trick in the book.

I purchased a used 2011 Ford Fiesta from this dealer a few days ago, and thus far I am very satisfied. The car drives well, and Lou was very helpful in getting my paperwork underway as quickly as possible so I could be out with the car the same day. Travis handled my financing and was very polite, friendly, and helped me to understand the process overall. I did forget to check the levels on fluids before driving off, and Lou told me they normally change/fill them but I guess there was a mix up because I checked the levels on a whim the next day and both my oil and coolant were pretty low. However, all it took was a call to Lou letting him know the issue. I brought it back in today and they changed my oil and topped off my coolant, all for free. I know they could have easily told me I was on my own, so I appreciate that this dealer took the time to help me out. I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends and family who would be looking for a car. Thank you Lou and Travis, and thank you Falls Motor City for helping me get my very first car!
