DO NOT GO!! NORA the store sales associate misinformed me about what I needed to pay. Long story short i applied for a smartpay lease Nora originally said I only needed to pay 382.00 if I chose to pay out the phone, I called smart pay and come to find out I have to pay 531.17. At first she made it seem like smartpay was incorrect she even told the rep "i need to speak to someone else because i dont believe you have enough knowledge" , However the entire time it came down to her not being properly trained, WHICH is NOT my fault, Because now I am the one that has to pay. Instead of 764.89 which is what nora said would be my final charges i am paying 913.00 for a damn phone.The only thing she had to say when I asked her how we could waive the fee since this is not something I agreed to she said" uhm I dont know what to tell you sorry" DO NOT GO HERE.

Wanted to port in my old phone number to metro. Ive been a customer of metro for a little more then four years. Called service provider and got my account number. Give it to the lady at the store and she told me i had to pay for that phone bill before they could do anything. Me being a customer for these years...YOU DO NOT. As long as you have your account number and pin your ok. These people need to be retrained and not try to get over on people.

Do not buy a phone here, if something is wrong with your phone you have to come back to the store to get warranty service and they wont even ship to your house even if its under warranty. Shifty customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM METRO PCS, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!
