I walked in Store 5374 with the belief that I was going to come out with a brand new phone for my brother, little did I know, the last T-Mobile store that I went to didnt tell me the complete truth... Gavin and his team are AMAZING!! He was very blunt and honest with me, gave me a run down of what exactly I was paying for and a list of options for when I can upgrade in the future. (bummer for my little brother - we couldnt do anything that day.) I really appreciate the honesty and attention Gavin gave me, he wasnt worried about making a sale, he wasnt trying to sell me beats headphones like the last place, he kept it 100%... and this, my friends is GREAT, INCREDIBLE customer service. I walked out frustrated (NOT WITH HIM) but with the other store I had went to prior, and believe me I will not be going there anymore. I live in West Seattle and best believe, I will gladly take the drive down and see Mr. Gavin and his wonderful team at store 5374 in Normandy Park! Thank you guys! (:

Aweful. Bought a new phone and spent hundreds a month ago. My phone stopped working unless connected to wifi randomly. Brought it back to the store and paid for a new SIM card. Still didnt work. Then paid for a new phone to be sent to the store for "factory malfunction". Same problem existed. No wifi no phone connection. I had visited the store multiple times during the month I first purchased my new phone. They kept charging me but never solved the problem. Finally a called T-Mobiles 800 number to find out they never enabled my data on my new phone. I am amused that this was missed from the 1st day I purchased my new phone. I will never go back to this location due to all the inconveniences Ive experienced over the past weeks. I will not recommend this location.

I wish I could leave no stars. The manager was so unprofessional, had no respect for his employees, oh yea the worst of all, he wouldnt give me my replacement phone, that he had in his hand. Stated they didnt know what was wrong with my phone so he didnt want to risk having to pay for it. After being on the phone with insurance for two hours, and then sending me a replacement phone, wasnt this enough to know that my phone did not work?! I have been without a phone for two weeks now. I understand that sometimes, you cant override things. But this guy made me feel like an idiot. Like I was trying to scam him. All I wanted was my phone. Anything! And walked out with nothing. This guys is not fit to be a manager.

Its too bad I can only give 5 stars. I was seriously gonna change phone companys because I have been going through hell trying to get my rebate. So I came to the store to raise some hell. and CESAR ( big huge shout out) handled it for me took care of what nobody could for the last 3 months. Not only did he take care of it , he went out of his way and got me a new phone AND he literally helped me pay my balance on my phone bill. This guy really cared about what I was going through. THANKYOU CESAR...IN MY EYES YOU DESERVE 100 STARS. THANKYOU SO MUCH. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!!!

My husband and I went in to switch our service over to T-Mobile. It would have been a bit smoother if we had known exactly what we needed to know beforehand so that we didnt end up wasting time while we were there to ensure what our PINs were and that our service contracts were ended/there were no termination fees. Otherwise we received great customer service from Princess. I was really happy that we were able to walk out the door and everything was setup and working already.

I dont normally write reviews. And actually before today I wouldnt have given the Normandy Park T-Mobile more than one star. However today I had an emergency phone conversation and my phone wasnt working. So begrudgingly I had to walk into T mobile. To my surprise I ran into Ray and she not only helped me in less than 5 minutes to get my phone back on, but she didnt with amazing customer service. Five stars for Ray, still only two stars for the store.

Very unprofessional authorized retailer. Was late opening the store to start. I went in with a warranty issue. The lady there sind she didnt want to run it as a warranty because it would ding her store. She then encouraged me to lie to customer service and say things about my phone that were not true. Went up the street a 5 miles to the official store and they took care of me in 10 minutes.

Great customer service, came in with at&t came out with t mobile service. Manager also came to me and said hi, good perks when manager goes around the store greeting customers. Good vibe in the store dont feel die inside or feeling unwanted. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family or to those looking for a great place to get phone service.
