They really are very, very nice Gabriella & her assistant are; & their great @ politely concealing the almost smirkless laughter following those moronic technical questions, or answering inquiries pertaining 2 untradional aquirings of "indefinitely borrowed" phones that that shady acquaintance of yours has given u cuz their in a "generous mood" after having just "mysteriously discovered" it on a sidewalk, while mildly & adamantly disagreeing w/ your logical proposal 2 call the authorities to assist in returning it 2 the, for-suredly, "absentminded owner".
