I went two days in a row seeking help for my cell phone. The first a women answers the phone. I describe my problem stating that the phone intermittently went into an android update screen and stalls. She tells me to come on in that he would be able to help me. I get there and she says he had to leave to go the the doctor because he had an emergency. "Could you come back tomorrow?" OK sure, so I call again the next day. "He" answers the phone.He asks me what was the issue with the phone. I describe the problem in detail. Then he says "So what do you want me to do?" Im thinking well youre a repair shop, I want you to fix it please. But I politely ask if he can help me with my problem. He says yes come on in he would take a look. I get there and the same woman from yesterday comes out from the back room and asks if she can help me. I said I just talked to the repairman 20 minutes ago and Im here to get it fixed. Then this very odd conversation ensued. She asks me what the phone was doing and Im thinking why isnt the guy coming out himself to look at the phone, since I just spoke with him? She asks was the phone doing it now and I said no but if he plays around with it, it will act up fairly quickly. She said well back up your phone and when it does it again, hell look at it. I told her the problem is described on many websites on Google. I told her to Google the problem. Which of course she didnt even though she was standing right in front of a computer. Then it became obvious she was stonewalling for him. I doubt if this guy could repair anything. Very rude! He tells me to come down and then refuses to come out and look at the phone as he indicated. Weirdos! I dont know how hes staying in business. I wasted gas and over two hours of time between both days. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away. I suspect some of these positive reviews were written by friends.

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR CELLPHONE BATTERY REPLACED HERE!! I have an iphone 5 and needed new battery. That guy TEDDY is a scam artist. I paid him for replacing my phone but my phone was still dying so soon after charging, went back the next day and he supposedly replaced with another new battery but my phone was still not holding a charge. HE SAID THAT ITS NOT THE BATTERY THAT WAS THE PROBLEM BUT MY PHONE. So I lived with that "dying phone" for a couple months saving money to get a new phone because he said its my phone that was the problem. Then I thought of having the phone looked at the Genius bar at the apple store - they replaced the battery and JOILA - my phone worked normal again and is holding a charge from 100% to 0% - I do not have to charge my phone every 10 mins like I did with Teddys supposedly "new battery". THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY PHONE ALL ALONG!!! TEDDY PUT A BAD BATTERY PERIOD. TEDDY, IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU DID ME DIRT!! YOU ARE A BAD BUSINESS OWNER AND YOU SCAM PEOPLE!! YOUR BUSINESS WILL NEVER SURVIVE WITH YOUR DISHONESTY. ADMIT IT -- YOU ARE DISHONEST. I cant believe you wouldnt refund my money for a bad battery.

Came in about 3 weeks ago to see if I could my phone fixed. The symptoms for the phone were that people could not hear me very well but I could hear them just fine. Verizon told me I needed a new phone and I thought this was too easy of a fix. So found this store and took my phone in. Turns our the microphone hole was full of gunk. The hole is so small I couldnt see it without using my cheaters. A simple fix was all it took. I then spoke to the owner about new phones I could purchase from his store and he has a selection that is customer focused rather than network/provider specific. I will be back to buy my phone from this store and was very happy with the service I received. This store rocks!!

Great customer service !!! Broke my phone screen twice in less then two months . First time I brought it toTeddy, he fixed both the screen and the charging port for a very reasonable price . He even stayed late to ensure the phone would be fixed that day! Today I brought him the same phone with a nicley cracked screen . He laughed and recommend a new case >

I visited them for the first time today. My Galaxy 4S has went totally blank. They troubleshooted a little and then told me to 1) leave it on charger one more night, this model sometimes simply comes back on 2) if does not come on then take to Sprint Service Center and ask for free diagnostic, if not a software issue then 3) bring it back to this Wireless Connect for mechanical repair. I like their free advise and not taking it for repair, but giving me options that would not make them money. Very nice people.

I forgot my $400 sunglass in this store and when I return back to the store 15 minutes later to get it back, the owner refuse to have a conversation with me and intentionally try to not build eye contact with me. When I ask him to check the surveillance camera, the owner start to use "busy" as his excuse while there is no other customer in the store. This thing happend in 7/30/2015 6:30PM. If the owner want proof his is innocent, just show the surveillance footage to people. But I bet they wont dare.

i came here about a week ago to replace my iPhone screen, i was very satisfied with the outcome and not to mention a very reasonable price than anywhere else. the one thing that really stands out about this place is, their customer service and their honesty... its not just a business, they advice you on what and what not to do because at the end of the day, they want to give their customer exactly what they are looking for .

IPhone screen was replaced. Ended up being more expensive than Id hoped for, with a longer than anticipated wait. My iphone has never stopped having problems since the touch screen isnt operating correctly at all (not recognizing my touch, highlighting everything on the screen without holding my finger down to bring up the highlight option, Deleting messages mid-composition....makes texting a pain in the rear).

My experience at Wireless Connect was Super GREAT! I checked around and Wireless Connect offered the BEST price to change the display on my Note 2. I am so glad I went. Teddy, knows what he is doing and does it with a smile. Moreover, he went above and beyond! By the way there is a cat shelter next door and you can play with kittens while you wait for your phone to be fixed. PRrrrrrrrrRRRRRRRRrrrrrr

I have been customer here wireless connect for long time and I have been send my friends and Family and they have been pleased with their customer service and price to repair their phone and computer, now today I just bought my galaxy NOTE-4, (IT COMES WITH ALL GOOIDS ), and I will continue to be faithful customer with WIRELESS CONNECT...
