If I could give this review a zero I would. Leoh (he claimed to be an owner. He is not only terrible but rude. He does a sloppy job and doesnt take responsibility for his actions (or inaction). Never once did he apologizes for this situation. If you are looking for a phone and want to start with MetroPCS, please please go to a different location. Please save yourself the hassle, time, money and energy. I will go into detail of what happens next: I went in at around 2:30 pm on a Tuesday to get the phone and line activated for my dad. We had to wait 30 minutes for him to take care of the other customer. Once it is our turn, he was very much rushing us to get the phone and rush us to fill out the form. It was a case of porting a phone number from another service provider to MetroPCS. I told him to "try" this pin and it might not be the correct one. Then he proceed to do the whole thing via his laptop without saying anything. Never once he did not say that the pin was incorrect. He didnt do the diligent job of checking whether or not the pin number was correct. He told us to wait 2 hours before the activation can be completed and I have waited 2 hours finding that the porting process was not done correctly. He didnt do the activation process correctly!!! And never once did he apologizes for his sloppiness and he did not even spell my dad name correctly! How can a C be mistaken for an A? That is pure sloppiness! When I called him to inquire why the activation process did not work, he hung up the phone and it wasnt until I went to the physical store that he was able to "help" me with it. Eventually it was sorted out but at the price of wasting my time, time off work to get this process done, and agitation. Leoh (the owner) is irresponsible, rude, and sloppy in his work! Do not go to this location! Please go to another store, there is one MetroPCS in Northgate! I am sure they are better than here.
