Getting a new iPhone 7 is supposed to be fun right? It was the most miserable experience I could image. These people are crooks! They added things to my bill without asking or telling me (insurance and a booster pack of accessories) and when I caught them they played dumb ~ no apology. I heard them misinform so many customers as I sat there waiting to get my order corrected. They didnt mention the $20 up grade fee, AND the $20 Set Up and Go Plus Fee, they misrepresented the cost of the phone several times, they added insurance to my account and then did not take it off any of the three times I asked them too, they told me the earbuds in the iPhone 7 were wireless (they are not), they took literally hours to complete the computer work then did it wrong so it had to be redone twice (spent 6 hours in that store over 3 sessions to get it cleared up), they ordered the wrong color phone, they misrepresented the date my phone would arrive by weeks, and they have no customer service skills at all. They are completely unprofessional, incompetent but more importantly DISHONEST. I had to ask for a receipt, they did not provide one, which made me suspicious. They have all kinds of fees they dont tell you about like a $6 phone recycling fee, the $20 upgrade fee and $20 set up and go fee they add on after you have already set the whole thing up. It was a disaster and took all the joy out of what I though was going to be a fun upgrade. Please be sure to ask them for a recipe and check it carefully if you dare to venture. I highly advise recording any conversations with them because they are out to scam you. Save yourself a lot of time and headache ~do not go to this store! Especially avoid Adeline and Jeremy. And check Yelp, they have 19 singer star reviews in the recent past that will reflect the same experience as I had.

Similar to Lauras experience, they were very nebulous about all the setup fees, and booster pack, which I tried to reach out via email to which they never responded. The worst part of the experience is they said that I would be able to switch and they would pay off my existing phone with T-Mobile. The associate said he handled everything and to wait a couple of months and they would send a package to ship the T-Mobile phone back. Come to find out, nothing was ever done on their behalf and I was supposed to apply to this online via Switch program. At this time, the T-Mobile account fell into collections effecting my credit rating dropping it below 700. Now I have to use a law firm to get this expunged from my records and they never actually credited my account for the remaining balance of the phone. Every point in this transaction was done completely inaccurate and downright fraudulent. I have filed complaint with the BBB and I would certainly tell you not to use Verizon for your wireless service.
