Came in here because my iPhone screen shattered. They said it would take about 2 hours but instead they called me and said they broke the home button on my iPhone. They said theyd replace that and add an extra discount since it was their fault but that it would take an extra day. I was fine with it thinking an extra discount off $98 would be okay. Instead they called the next day saying that they didnt have any of the supplies for my type of iPhone so they were going to replace it with another type of phone screen that wasnt made for my phone and that also they werent going to be able to fix the home button that they broke. So instead I wasted two days with them and had to wait another day just to order another phone from apple. Should have just gone with them in the beginning instead. When my husband went in to get the phone all they told him is that sometimes things like this happen. Not going to go back. Employees are nice enough but definitely dont recommend for phone repair.

Bought a battery for my ATV, rode for 2 hours and the quad stopped running. Determined that the battery somehow broke inside and would not take a charge or hold a charge. Needless to say, I was riding at the Oregon sand dunes 6 hours away from the nearest batteries plus. So I had to buy another battery to be able to ride for the rest of the trip. I had no other problems with the replacement I had to buy at the sand dunes so it was obviously a defective battery that was sold to me. When I tried to return the battery for my money back, I was told they would only replace it and not refund the money. Now I have two batteries for this quad! Very dissatisfied!!

Over thanksgiving weekend we lost my little sister to a fatal car accident. Her iPhone and iPod touch were both in the car and they took quite a beating broken screens, slight water damage, bent cases etc. Both were able to be repaired thanks to the steady hands of Jamie V. and staff. They were very courteous and understanding of our situation and went beyond the call. Service was done in a very timely fashion and exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and will be using them in the future. Our family cannot express enough thanks for giving us the opportunity to retrieve precious memories from my sisters phone and iPod.

At first glance the story didnt have a very big selection. I asked one of the sales associates if they had a new computer charger for my laptop. I gave him the model number of laptop that I owned and he looked it up for me. I was surprised that he that the store carried what I needed because I have a less popular computer brand. Not only did the store have the battery that I needed but the associate allowed me to remove the charger from the package and test it out from on my laptop right there at the counter to make sure it worked before I paid for it. I will return there for all of my battery needs from now on.

Just dont. Once I got the guy to stop texting I was in for a nice wait. Would have left if I hadnt paid already.Order was online and should have been ready. I assume he doesnt get paid to text. Store was empty, they had time. When I told him about my order he said "I guess its this one here" looking at the screen. Guy moved like a tortoise. No urgency. Didnt appear to give a rip. Will never shop here again. 2 stars because I got a 10 percent discount for suffering through this. Stupid me.

Online ordering was pretty easy. I was able to call and have my questions answered and treated very well. The only confusing instance happened when they called to confirm that my order was ready to pick up, and I was told we could bring our old batteries back to receive a refund on the core charge (he even looked at my order and said we were charged a core charge), but when my husband returned the old batteries the following day, he was told we werent charged a core charge. Whu?

I purchased the battery on line and picked up in store. So I saved 10%. Brought in my old battery and received the core charge refund. Let me say that Batteries plus were the only store that had the battery for my ATV in store. Everyone else either didnt carry them or said it would be a week to 10 days. Thanks to Batteries Plus I was able to ride again ASAP!

Easy navigation on the website to locate a replacement battery for my JD Tractor, price was good, placed order, picked up the next morning. In the store for maybe 90 seconds, back on the road, installed the battery, no more jumping it for each start. My kind of shopping. Give it a shot.

ordering online for auto battery easy, + 10% discount. Had to return because my core wasnt refunded, causing install to take place in fading light outside. Employee sincerely apologized. Have had good luck with their warranty service on prior auto battery, they keep dates/prices.

Horrible lazy customer service every employee didnt know one thing setting up HID lights for my car didnt care to even attempt to try. Either lazy or just plan dumb. I wouldnt recommend coming here it would be a waste of time. If you needed help.

The parking at this new location sucks worse than the old location, I had to park at the old location and walk to the new one. There is no sidewalk. Service inside the store was fine. LOCATION SUCKS!
