I tried going with metro again. Same thing as before happened to me. They give me a lemon and had to wait a week for the warranty phone. Customer service at the store was just what you expect. Good people trying to make a buck. I dont know if its the lemon phone that Im using but the service is crappy as always. Absolutely anytime Im on the internet it cuts out at glitches as always. Customer service through 611 is robotic as always. Seems to have gotten worse. First time I called in, just as fake as humanly possible. I dont know why people work customer service that just dont even want to be nice to people at all and would prefer to dramatically be so fake at being nice. Its like just talking to somebody and treating them normal is such a challenge. The first time I called in 611 for a question this woman just seemed like she was cringing just to give out her customer service in a normal manner. Its not hard to treat somebody like theyre just a normal human being and were all equal. Its not as hard as some people make it out to be. Fake as possible. I really need to stay away from metro pcs this time after I cut my service in two months. Saving money to me is not worth it I rather pay more for a mature company like AT&T or Verizon.
