I love this place for a few reasons. One, Alex being the top reason. That guy helped me 6 years ago at the OC TCC store and is the only reason I am a Verizon customer. He is honest with me about pricing, costs of phones etc. He even sits down and writes the math out in a breakdown I understand. He knows my brain and quirky ways. People in customer service should be great to their customers and get to know them like TCC employees because those customers keep coming back. Trust is key. I like all of the people Ive met and know theyll take care of me and what I need. I didnt know one of them before I walked in that day, but feel after the years have passed that Im one of their favorites. Theyre friendly and kind. They even support a local dog rescue, and being a dog person, I respect that. They deserve all 5 stars! Thanks TCC Molalla!

I tried to get their attention (without being rude) for quite a long time, 10 minutes or so. I was looking for an accessory for my phone, had questions about their service and other products, with money in my pocket ready to spend. They just werent interested in helping me. No "may I help you" or even a "hi". Not even an attempt to make eye contact. There was only one other customer and they were just chatting so they certainly werent too busy. They also didnt notice when I turned around and left. Idiots.

Always had excellent customer service at this location, until I went in this past month to pay my bill. All new staff and the new guy did not know what he was doing at all. I couldnt even get my minutes renewed cause he couldnt get anyone on the phone at customer service, I waited for 30 minutes to talk to a human on the phone and finally gave up and went to a different Verizon store. Will give this store one more chance and if its the same guy as last time, I hope he knows how to do his job.

Great Store. Francesca Ferreira, a new sales rep there was wonderful to work with in getting me set up with my new iPhone 7 Red model. Super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a very pleasurable experience. No fuss and no hassle. She had my phone set up quickly. It didnt take long. I was in with a broken phone and out with my very cool new phone in no time.

Be careful. Asked for 3 lines and got 4. Told sales guy we didnt want insurance on phones but got that too. Got a call from Verizon asking why we hadnt paid bill and found it was sent to some unknown physical address instead of PO box. Spent way too much time on phone with rep getting things worked out. Go someplace else.

I had a problem with retrieving a code for a promotion deal. Justin T went over and above trying to get that code for me. After talking to 20+ different people, because he kept getting transfered, and two hours later, he was finally able to get it. Justin and Terrance were great company while I was waiting.
