Walked into the store and was assisted by Tori. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She listened to my requests and when all was finished I walked out with a phone that fit the needs of my son perfectly. She also saved me a good sum of money on my monthly bill. Ill be coming back for our next upgrade and will recommend the store to others. Thanks a lot Tori. (she has great taste in background music too)

Do not do business here. They sold us a phone plan that was much higher than they promised. They denied they told us the price they quoted us and basically said were stuck, we signed a contract. Do your business at a real Verizon store, not a reseller like these cheats.

I would recommend going to the Verizon store in the Harbor (Gig Harbor Wireless). They have better customer service, great knowledge about the phones, always willing to help and get you EXACTLY what you need. They do not push you into a phone you regret buying.

The wait time to get even a simple thing like a charge cable can be ridiculously long. Staff are mostly knowledgeable and friendly but there are times when 1 staffer will have people waiting for literally hours. The one in Belfair is usually much faster

Horrible experience, bought Verizon charger at this verizon store 40$. Worked two months and stopped working. They wouldnt exchange and said they had no record of sale. Spend thousands of dollars and they cant exchange there broken charger.
