Trying to return my recalled device here was a pain. First they wouldnt take it even though the phones were exploding all over the world with a GLOBAL RECALL. I had to drive 2 hours just to get the CARDBOARD BOX it came in from my trash at home. After I got back it took another hour and a half to "process" the return. I didnt want another phone, just take the phone and credit my account, but no, had to sit there while this idiot "manager" had to make several phone calls and look through several handbooks in order to return my device. I like T-Mobiles cell service but I cant in good conscious recommend them to anyone based on the absolutely horrible customer service I received at the Bremerton T-Mobile.

Robert, Vivian, Kori and Andy were freaking AWESOME!!!. I busted my phone, couldnt even get into it. Robert figured out not only how to get into the phone but also how to get all my data transferred to the new phone as well as get the old phone data erased so that i felt confident no one else would be able to get into any of my apps or passwords. They are the best. If I need anything from T-mobile this is the only store I will go to. THE BEST GROUP AT ANY T-MOBILE STORE HANDS DOWN!!!!

The whole team there just seems happy and eager to help. Definitely a good way to convert me to T-Mobile! UPDATE: Upgrading to five stars after the team took the time to fix my account, which had gotten corrupted. Very helpful!
