Nice people but incompetent. If youre looking for a quick and easy trip to the Verizon store Id recommend visiting a different location. Ive bought phones from this retailer multiple times and unfortunately have had increasing bad experiences with them. Nice people but incompetent. The guy I worked with was nice but had no idea what he was doing. When I was trying to purchase and get my phone set up he would leave me the second anyone would walk in. He couldnt figure out how to navigate the verizon account so I ended up having to do it myself. He then told me to purchase the phone online when I was in the store. He then gave me a phone that I walked out with.. two days later another phone showed up to my door. Also when he finally did address me, he asked what phone I was thinking about and when I said "maybe the S7 edge" he then asked If i wanted a case and screen protector. Before even checking my account or giving me anytime he starts applying the screen protector to my phone (which he screwed up) as if it was a guarantee I wanted that phone. Also he was hesitant to give me another screen protector after he ruined the first one! I ended up being there for over 2 hours and the only thing they did was complicate everything and make me figure out how to return one of the phones and get the charges removed. To summarize: Employee was incompetent and I was not his focus by any means A simple task turned into a 2+ hour mess. His Incompetence resulting in charging me for 2 phones (one I walked out with another which was sent to me and I get to pay the restocking fee for and go through the trouble of sending back. Very push sales, started programming the phone without even checking my account or making sure I was 100% going to by the phone Started applying a screen protector I was thinking of purchasing without asking me after failing to apply it and ruining it was hesitant to give me a new one.

Victoria, the new manager is wonderful. I had an issue with the previous manager and had been in the store multiple times prior to her taking over the store. I started corresponding with Victoria in February when she started at the Lake Oswego location. I stopped in the other day and am normally treated as a nuisance but this time was warmly greeted by Victoria with a, "its so nice to meet you face to face". She showed us all of the work she had done to help get our account back to normal, which was a lot! When I asked her about some account credits I was still hoping to receive she said something Ive never experience before and its why Im writing this review. She explained the charges to me and told me that if I wanted her to, she would write an email attempting to collect the credits but said that she knew how long I had been waiting for a resolution and that because she had respect for me and my time she didnt want to string me along and give me false hope for a credit that she knew wasnt going to get approved. I feel like anyone else would have just written the email to get me out of the store but instead my family and I have decided to take what she has given us and move forward. I am very grateful for the hard work that she put in and my family will continue to do business there. If you have had issues in the past I recommend giving them a second chance, you wont be disappointed.

My wife and I came to this store to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 6. After a long time of talking to them we agreed to sign a contract for the EDGE plan. They told us it shouldnt cost us anything more than what we were currently paying. Well the next month I get the bill and it costs about 40$ more than the original bill so i look at the cost breakdown. They had signed us on a insurance package which they never said and never saw on the paper we signed ($11). I then see that for the smartphone access (normally 40$) they took off 15$ for being on the EDGE plan and then ADDERD 27.50$ for being on the EDGE. Now idk what in the world this guy was saying when he said our bill shouldnt go up AT ALL! Its WAY over the price we were paying! I can understand if he forgot to mention the insurance package, OK i can deal with that, but flat out LYING to us that our bill shouldnt change with the new plan, COME ON! Pathetic. I will never come to this store again. For anyone who reads this post, dont listen to what they say...read EVERY DETAIL of that bill and have them print a detailed breakdown for you.

DJ, the rep at this store, is a complete total liar, cheat, scum bag. Not, at any point, in our conversation did he say the words payment plan, device installment plan or finance, then, I get my bill and low and behold, I am paying $54/month for a device installment. He told me that as a black Friday special, I could get a new phone for free! I would pay $100 in the store, but get a credit on my bill for $100. Because of this wonderful deal, I got 2 new phones, one for me and one for my husband. Tried talking to him about it and he tells me, oh, but your line access fee is only $20 vs $40. Sorry buddy, $20 x 24 months is only $480---way less than the $1300 Im paying for the phones. Id rather pay the $40/month. Do not go to this store. They are an independent retailer so customer service cant do anything for me. I guess they can just lie, cheat, scam and steal with no recourse.

I was approached immediately upon entering the Verizon store at Lake Oswego by Victoria, whom I learned later is the store Manager. I have been with Verizon for years, and have visited Verizon stores all over the country. I would like to commend Victoria for her honesty in sharing the best plan for me personally with my history usage. She was thorough in explaining the different plans, and the most cost effective. I came into the store to only ask a few questions about my photo gallery, and during my visit to her store, I made the decision to upgrade and purchase from a Note 3 to a new Note 5. I am very thrilled with my decision. Because of her honesty and outstanding service, I have already referred a customer to Victoria. Victoria has earned an exemplary perfect score.

Avoid this franchise store like the plague. They claimed to put me on a plan that would save me money and give me a Jetpack too. What they did was put this added plan in a sub account and by the time I discovered it the account was past due and had passed the date when I could cancel. I can buy out the contract if I want otherwise Im stuck with an added cost for a device and number I have absolutely no use for. Phil, the Manager, is to be avoided. I will never step in this store again. Please go to the Bridgeport Corporate store, their employees are well trained and the managers are very helpful.
