The first visit to them was great. We picked out the washer and dryer, had it delivered and everything was great. 6 months later, my washer leaked and stopped working. They came out the first time and said nothing was wrong. Called them a week later, the washer was leaking again and the washer would stop working during the cycle. They came out and said that it needed a new seal but couldnt tell me why it was leaking. I asked them why it was stopping mid cycle and with 1 minute left it would start to wash the clothes again. He said I over filled it. I called a other appliance repair place in Nampa to come out. The whole control board needs to be replaced and the water fill sensor needs to be replaced. Wish Express Appliance would have actually tried to figure out what was wrong with it.

Just Me

Oh my gosh, I hate repairs! I have dealt with every bad situation you can name, so it is a painful experience choosing who to try next. This company was so different than the MANY other companies I have dealt with over the nearly 30 years I have been in Nampa. I have used them twice now. One time there was a problem after they left and the owner and a repair tech came right out, assessed the situation and went well beyond what I could have expected from anyone else to make it right. Definitely calling them next time. Still hate repairs though.

They were able to get a technician out on a Saturday. 3 days quicker than any other options I called. Down fall would be that it was an easy fix, the water hose had a small Crack so it was a quick visit at an expensive price. About 1 hour work came to 75 for service call 50 for his labor and 20 something for the hose. It all came to 148.00 dollars. Kinda feel bent over on the price. But I have a working washer so theres alot to be said that Im not waiting a few more days with laundry piling up.

We just moved to Boise and needed a washer dryer ASAP. Scott Moore was super helpful, friendly, and was able to give me a good deal on a used washer/dryer set. And he was able to get it delivered the very next day. Chris the delivery guy was on time and professional. I definitely recommend them.
