This is the most sketchy looking place Ive seen in a long time. I took my ice machine there only because the manufacturer (magic chef) said I had to get it repaired there. The place is completely disorganized and unprofessional. There are various appliances scattered around the front office in no particular order and the woman I had to deal with seems like an idiot but what can I do? I dont want to pay to repair the machine myself so I left it. Two weeks goes by and nothing. Call the shop, "oh, yeah I think we have that in the back, let me check". "oh, we still have to do more testing, probably a few more days". So I called the manufacturer and asked whats going on because Im suspecting this shop is run by gypsy travelers. I didnt even get a receipt (which I should have insisted on, as well as take pictures of it) when I dropped it off. The manufacturer (magic chef) put me on hold (or so they claimed) to call the shop and they said the shop told them theres nothing wrong with the machine. They ran it for a week with. Okay so if theres nothing wrong with the machine then why did they insist on keeping it? So I waited a few more days and then back to the shop and demanded the machine back. So this woman gives me the machine and she says "you know its not fixed?" What the ... So the machine is filthy and there were bugs crawling out of it when I get it home and of course it doesnt work and now magic chef wont honor the warranty because the shop (or so they claim) told them there wasnt anything wrong with the machine. I dont know what kind of scam these people are running but theres some sort of collusion going on to screw people out of any warranty.

The part that heats our microwave went out while it was still covered under the manufacturers warranty. A&R had the least amount of poor reviews given to us by Frigidaire so we went with them. It took them a little over a month to repair it. We had to constantly call for a status update about what was going on. After about the 5th call, they finally explained that the part was on back order and would be in soon. When they finally got the part, the technician they sent out, while he didnt look bad, smelled strongly of cigarettes and alcohol. About a week later after he had I left, I noticed the top piece that goes on to my microwave was loose. After inspecting it, I found that he not only left without putting in 2 little screws that hold the piece down but broke the piece and that even if there were screws, there would be no way of it staying down since the small plastic part was busted. I just contacted A&R today to inform them and theyll order the part and have it in a week, or so they say. Ill add an update if they do as they say. My recommendation so far: Frigidaire, do some research on who you have doing your appliance repairs and find a company that is professional. A&R, have some follow up for people to keep the communication open about what is taking place with their parts, keep your technicians from smelling like they just walked out of a bar since they have to go into peoples homes, and perhaps make sure your technicians know what professionalism is.

Scam artists. Sold me a refrigerator for $545+. Within a week it stopped being cold. They said it was out of freon and filled it. 2 weeks later, it stopped chilling again. This time they took it and left a crappy loaner. I never heard from them until I called two weeks later. The lady told me it was a "timer" and would be back to my house by Tuesday. That came and went, no call. I call them Saturday and they say the techs are in a meeting. I expect a call back, nope. I call and tell them I want my money back. I leave a review on Facebook. They reply that they will send me the money back by check. Havent seen or heard a thing. Will be going to small claims court for the $600 in groceries I lost because of them plus the cost of the fridge and to the BBB if I do not hear from them them by tomorrow. I should not have to chase this down. BEWARE!!

Dont even call this company. THE WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. especially from Valerie who answers the phone. As a BOSCHE rep they were one of the companies taking care of dishwasher recalls. They couldnt even take care of ordering 2 replacement kits. They just kept dropping the ball over and over. Told me to Bosche to order he parts. A Bosche rep had to call them and to tell them how to handle the problem. They are stupid and very very lazy. The tech that came to do the job was fine. But he was to order a spring for one of the doors which had broken. # weeks and 4 followup calls with promises to call me back it was never taken care of. THE LAZIEST and dumbest company. Horribly Inconsiderate. its amazing they stay in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! A waste of time.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever had to deal with. They were supposed to come and pick up a appliance from me. They said between 1-3 they would be there. 3:30 came around and I gave them a call. The office lady said the guy was finishing up the previous pick up and would be at my house within 30 minutes. 4:30 come around and still no show! I called back. The lady tried to call the guy and even tried to call the supervisor with no answers! She even called me back to tell me she was going home and still didnt receive a call back! A complete NO SHOW with no phone call! Please people DO NOT waste any of your time with this "company"! These are the companies that should not be in business! Complete waste of my day waiting on these people to show up!

I ordered a cooktop over three months ago for which they were reimbursed by Jenn-Aire. They still have not completed the job nor have they ever called to tell me WHEN it would be completed! Repeated calls to the company go unanswered. No one ever picks up the phone nor are calls returned. I cant believe they are still in business!! This is no way to run a business and I cant believe Jenn-Aire refers customers to them! I can only imagine how many other disgruntled customers they have had that didnt have the time or wherewithal to write an online review. Hands down, WORST appliance company in Vegas. Period. I will be letting Jenn-Aire know that they took their money and did not render services. Unbelievable.

Biggest Idiots I have ever dealt with. Waiting all morning and NO call, NO show. When I called them to ask why they didnt show, they told me that their service guy had called me several times so I asked what # they were calling, they gave me my cell number. I told them there was No missed calls, no calls at all. She basically said I was wrong. TURNS OUT, my landlord told me that they were calling her all morning at a completely different number----- IDIOTS!!! There goes half of my day because of BAD BUSINESS - AND they could care less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
