The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy and let me take my time exploring all the different option and making my decision. The appliances are very clean, which is sometimes hard to find when you buy a used fridge. They delivered it quickly and professionally. When I had an issue with the refrigerator they came out and fixed it and even drove to Boise to get the part I needed right away so I would not be without my refrigerator for the evening. Great customer service, Im impressed!

My wife and I just moved to Nampa and we went to Garrity appliance because we wanted to support a local business. Ron was amazing! He knew so much about his appliances and he backed it up. We were so happy we bought our washer and dryer from them. The delivery fee was only $35 dollars which was so a plus. If they deliver to your house, please tip them. I wouldnt even give them 1 star. It smells HORRIBLE IN THERE. they sit in there chain smoking cigarettes and the owner could care less about repeat buisness and only cares to make the most off you the first time you go there, because I promise you wont return for the second time. Garrity appliance is white trash at the max. Please dont go youll regret it.

Refrigerator freezer not cold, motor not coming on in cold weather. They gave extra effort and dropped by to check. They tapped on a switch and motor started up. After a few days it was not running, so they ordered a new switch, came and replaced it, and ALL AT NO CHARGE! We were 1 or 2 months beyond 90 days. SO PLEASANT TOO.

I went to a nearby appliance store and was very disappointed there, small and no selection or service. I came in to Garrity s and was welcomed and shown around. No pressure, great service, and super fast delivery. I am pleased with the warranty offered, and will definitely be back!!
