I bought a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and cook top when I remodeled my kitchen. They delivered everything but the dishwasher, and when I asked about it, they said that it was delivered to the store for us to pick up. They made a mistake, and said they would bring it out later. That was no big problem as we were not ready to install it yet anyway. We were not ready to put the refrigerator in place yet either, and the delivery man suggested that rather than leaving it in the middle of the kitchen forcing the contractor to work around it, they would put it in the garage and when they brought out the dishwasher, they would bring in the refrigerator. A week later, different deliverymen brought the dishwasher and when I asked them to bring in the refrigerator, they were rude, told me they didnt have rime to bring it in from the garage and refused. I called Pacific Sales and they were told to bring it in. They brought it in and left immediately. When we took away the box,I saw it had two large scratches on the front. When I called to complain, they told me I could either wait until they got another one in stock or accept two hundred dollars off the price. My contractor told me he would try to buff out the scratches so I said I would take the two hundred dollars. When he went to install the cook top, the box housing the working parts was not properly attached and the top itself seemed warped.. There was no way to tighten it to the cabinet and the back raised approximately a quarter inch off the counter top. If you pushed it, it bounced. I called Pacific Sales on Tuesday. I was told they didnt have another cook top in stock, but would get one on Thursday or Friday and they would send it out with an installer on Monday. When I didnt get a call to confirm the delivery time on Sunday , I called Pacific Sales and got a taped message that said they were closed on Sunday and Monday. My contractor came back Monday to finish up the kitchen. When I told him that Pacific Sales wasnt delivering the cook top, He said If I wanted, he would take it apart and see if he could fix it. He spent most of the day fixing the cook top which is now installed. To date, two weeks later, no one from Pacific Sales has either delivered a cook top, nor called me to schedule a delivery time. Nor have I seen any sign of the $200.00 I am supposed to get back on the refrigerator. P.S. the dishwasher was 1/4 inch taller than the specification printed for it. That meant grinding down the legs or replacing the granite counter top. We chose to grind down the legs. I planned to pay the contractor for remodeling the kitchen, not having to pay him to remodel new appliances

Oh my God I went to Pacific sales today after many attempts in local retailers to find my appliances for my new home. When walking in from the very warm day, I was offered an ice cold glass of tea. And greeted by friendly people at the counter. They asked a sales person to help me his name is Jay. Jay was very knowledgeable and listen to all my needs. Jay treated me with respect and helped me and such a professional manner before he knew how much money I would be spending. I have purchased a high end home I needed to fill it with the appliances to make it my dream home. I will have everything delivered and installed before mid September before moving in. Pacific sales was very helpful to me and Jay did also introduced me to a sales person in plumbing named JP. She will be helping me modify some plumbing fixtures to match my appliances and enhance my six bathrooms. I shopped at many retailers in the desert but was either overpriced or treated with indifference. I will continue to shop at Pacific sales and will tell everyone at the country club. Pacific Sales has a broad range of appliances available and while the sales person is confident and engaged , my purchase is disappointing and is not what I expected for the price. I purchased a KitchenAid Model # KRSC503ESS00, recommended by Consumer reports and the sales rep. I was looking at this model, LG and GE profile . Once of my criteria was that is had wheels .. This is what I have ended up with. A refrigerator with " a Roller" . it takes pulling off the front panel with a screwdriver, using a wrench to screw up the feet and then it rolls, and the doors are not aligned! this is not acceptable. Next: 3 months after the purchase when opening the freezer door there is a huge thumping noise. the outside of this refrigerator is extremely hard to keep clean of smudge marks. The service in my area is also less than acceptable. Only M- F and they require all day at home! really. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL and beware that the sales people are only trying to make a sale. Pacific Sales has been purchased by Best Buy.

I cannot express enough what a FANTASTIC experience I had at the Rancho Mirage Pacific Sales! I have been purchasing appliances there for many years, but I just had to post this review because its so deserving. The General Manager, Tim Landrum, exceeds all customer service expectations on every level. Actually, every staff member has been exceedingly excellent and professional. I would like to also give a high compliment to Lisa at the Front Desk. She is a great first impression when walking in with her friendly and welcoming personality. I have referred many friends and family to Pacific Sales in Rancho Mirage and will continue to do so. Its no wonder why they are the top selling store year after year!

Im a single senior citizen who is remodeling 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. I was shocked to read a review saying, Customer Service is bad. I thought the service was excellent! I had to wait to be helped, but "George" in appliances was worth waiting for. He answered all my questions and I felt comfortable with his suggestions. "Jan" in kitchen and bath was equally helpful. I was able to pick out everything with her input and very comfortable with my selections. My kitchen is finished and beautiful! Were all entitled to our opinion and this is mine.

Customer service is bad. I spent about 15K. On the date they were suppose to deliver, they did not come. When I called, was told they had not scheduled it though they collected the full payment to schedule a deliver. Got on the phone to the manger and instead of an apology got an answer "In defence- we do a really really good job. We are the number 1 store. You had multiple orders hence the warehouse made a mistake" Am I really suppose to learn their system? and to defend their mistake by telling my how good they are -WOW
