Ouch - we bought a washer and dryer there, had a pleasant in store experience and then the fun started. Washer showed up first, dryer delivery promised on Saturday (after they dealt amicably with an error on our part). Saturday comes and we call to follow up, they say delivery has to happen Monday, no problem. Monday comes and we call to follow up and there is no delivery scheduled - Now its coming in 4-5 days. However, after identifying and purchasing a gas dryer off the floor we are told today that there was a mistake and it was mis-marked and actually an electric model, so we will need to pony-up $100 more to buy a new one. The managers gesture? To offer us a discount on ANOTHER appliance in the future, not on the one hes now slipping us into. Of course no one ever called to tell us anything on either occasion that delivery was delayed, we had to wait for them to miss a delivery date and then initiate contact, awful customer service. If you like lack of communication and being lied to, youll love this Sears.

Worst promotion for early Black Friday ever. I wonder if Make-A-Wish Foundation knows that their brand is being used to hold customers hostage and to worship the almighty dollar two days before Black Friday. The manager (who was not wearing a name tag, but Im pretty sure her name was Satan) argued with me for a solid 30 minutes about the super-super fine print in her advertisement. She took a smug satisfaction in pointing out that I could not get the price I was expecting without shelling out an extra $10 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Donations to a cause should be heartfelt and come because you truly care about that cause. Donations should not be some greedy, money-grabbing product tie-in to get a discount. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Shameful, disgusting, despicable, dishonest, and quite possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

If I could rate 0 stars that would be more applicable. We placed an order on 4/26/17 for a washing machine. Only today could they finally figure out how and where to deliver to and then when the washing machine was removed from the truck it was horribly damaged. So the delivery was declined. When we called the Henderson store and spoke with Julie supposedly the manager is when this situation became worse. She was not professional, helpful or pleasant. She states there are no returns which is drastically different then the Sears policy on their website. She only wanted to argue and then mock us. We will simply dispute the charge on the credit card and continually let the cyber world know to never do business with this company and most certainly to never hire this Julie as a representative of your company.

The deals might be good here but the customer service is definitely lacking. The sales person wasnt even willing to look up an invoice in the computer. The store on Lone Mountain was very helpful and actually called over to make sure the item was in stock at the Henderson location. I was told to order the item online and pick it up at the Henderson store. When I got to the Henderson store that is not what happened, the staff treated me like it was an inconvenience to look up my order, he even shrugged and chuckled. I came across town to pick up an item that was in stock and I wasnt able to pick it up because the "system" is sometimes slow. Whats actually sad is I would have had a better experience with the staff at this location I would have more than likely purchased a couple other appliances.

First off, its like everyone and their mother came in at the same time. The staff was great but too many people for two workers. No complaints about them however the delivery is a mess. I took time off of work to be home between 2:30 and 4:30 but nobody showed up. I called them to find out where the driver was. He still has two more deliveries before me. Ridiculous!!! Overpriced for such poor service. Sears outlet needs to find a new delivery company#!!

If you would like the purchase from "Hell" buy it here. Salespersons have no idea what is going on. I had to purchase the same item at a "Real" Sears 2 days later in order to get the refrigerator. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to a "REAL" Sears. This is an outside company that just bought the Sears name. Sears products are great, but not the "Outlet" store. Run to the nearest Sears.

Was greeted every time coming into the store, employees were very helpful. Bought at different times a refrigerator, washer and dryer, barbecue, and a patio set. All were at great prices, very satisfied with each purchase. The Manager Julie at the Henderson store on S. Eastern was the awesome.

Was told by the manager that the dishwasher I was buying had a one year manufactures warranty. Asked her to write that on receipt.. She refused. This is one shady business. Never doing business with them.
