Went into this store at 10:30am today to buy some shirts, found the shirts and decided to walk around the tool department. Aa soon as I walked [n the two cashiers were paging code 2 and 3 with a customers at each register and others waiting in each line. I continued to walk around looking at tools and listening two these two associates paging for help and no one came. After 15 minutes I called the store and asked for a manager and was put on hold, while I was on hold the male associate finally walked to the back of the store and went through a door and finally came out with a female associate. After 15 min I finally hung up still waiting for a Manager. I was a Staff Member with Sears in the 70 when the slogan was Sears Where America Shops for Value and the customer was important. Dave

I shop at this Sears location a few times a month. Outside of one cashier,every employee is helpful and will take time to check on what you need. The online pick up is very fast and makes it easy and fast to pick up whatever you buy online. Most of the time its been under 3 mins from the check in until Im walk8ng out with my item. I hadnt shopped at sears for several years but since Ive had a good expierance with this store Im a regular again.

Just moved to Henderson went to Sears in the morning and bought a king size mattress set and a pair of washer and dryer. The ladies here are amazingly wonderful I dont know about other peoples experiences but mine was absolutely wonderful. They were really nice very helpful and very friendly unlike where I came from where people are so uptight and rushed and rude. Jacqueline was expecially very helpful.

I have had a washer and dryer delivered to my house 5 time and every time it comes in damaged and the store will not call me back I keep having to call a 800 number to someone that I cannot understand. There store personal is very rude and will not do anything to help just keep passing me to there delivery service. Do not trust Sears delivery for anything.

I bought a Stearns and Fosters mattress there around memorial day weekend and it was comfortable in store and when I slept on it one week it flattened out. It was a floor sample so it should of been broken in. I spoke with manager who was very rude. Sears refused to help this veteran out. Please dont shop there. The mattress got better but took 6 months.

I came in the other day trying to buy a tool they told there was one in stock he went to the back for about 5 minutes then came back to tell me he couldnt find it and that was it he didnt see if he could order it or check a different store very unhelpful so I left from there and bought one at Harbor Freight

Bought a freezer via sears and was lied to regarding the delivery date, apparently customers have nothing better to do that take time off work to cater to unprofessional mistakes, but no worries theyll give u a $15 discount to make it ok. Never again will I shop sears
