I bought a washer and dryer. They delivered them today, did my first load and the washer was moving a lot. The delivery guys forgot to level it. I called Roger, the manager which sold me the product jumped in his car and brought an installer with him. Leveled the washer up and fixed it. That is what I call customer service :)

When they say scratch and dent theyre not joking around most of this stainless steel is extremely scratched but I was able to find my Kenmore side-by-side for $100 less than anywhere in town with no scratches to be found

Crapy products!!!! I bought a new Samsung fridge and I have not even had it for 6 months and it stopped cooling. I had to throw away all my food. It has been 4 days and they still have NOT fixed it!!!!!
