This was the very 1st time I had shopped at Spencers. I went because of your end of the year advertisement. When I got there, the particular sale item had already been sold out at all your locations. I was informed that the ads are put together 6 months ago. So naturally I was disappointed. However your salesmen I believe his name was Steve offered me a very good deal for same price on a similar item. He was very helpful and up front I was able to get a 12 month dame as cash so I also got a mattress I was needing for my son at a good price also.. they were able to work around my schedule to deliver the items. I had also purchased a frame but once we removed the old mattress I found out I did not need it and had no problem getting it refunded. I will most diffenitly consider using Spencers first before going anywhere else

My refrigerator went out and first I tried the big box stores like Home Depot and Lowes. The associates were not knowledgeable about the products features and the differences between the brands, and I was told it would be at least a week, but probably closer to 10 days for delivery. At Spencers I was greeted immediately, the associate (Steve) listened to my needs, was able to quickly narrow it down to a few different models that would fit my needs. He showed me each fridge and the features, and I was able to make a decision in less than 20 minutes. His knowledge about the products really made the difference. By the next morning at 11am my new fridge was installed and working. Very happy with the shopping experience at Spencers. If you want customer service go there. Oh yeah, and they have better prices!

My overall experience was a positive one. I purchased a new freezer and dishwasher three weeks ago. The Maytag dishwasher was special order and I still have not received it. I have contacted the store several times to find out what is going on and there has been no answer to where my dishwasher is. It is a white Maytag with the chrome interior. At this point I am very frustrated trying to find out what is happening with it. It is paid for and I still dont have it! I dont feel this is a very good way to do business.

From the moment I walked in the door I was very pleased with the service. No pushy sales no high pressure just down to earth friendly people. I found the exact refrigerator that I had been wanting. Salesperson, Steve answered my questions and then finance manager, Bruce helped to structure my payments. He was also very knowledgeable about the products as well and answered some more in-depth questions that I had about my brand new fridge. I would go back to them over and over they are fantastic thank you Spencers!

Appliances were ordered for three different properties. Not sure if it is because of the Christmas season or an error at the warehouse but appliances were mixed up. Spencers had to come out a couple times to get the order right. The drivers and all deliveries were very professional and called me in advance to let me know when they would be back. All in all I would still recommend sponsors because their prices are fair and and any other time of the year they have always delivered the right appliances.

Absolutely a great store for all your home needs. We purchased a set of washer and dryer from here. Not only was the staff very friendly, they were extremely helpful aswell. Would like to also mention the delivery guys dont mess around. They installed our units very quick and extremely nice people. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs something for there home. So many things to choose from. We will be back for more stuff for sure. Thanks for everything.

We went to Spencers last - after looking at 3 other places for a refrigerator. We pretty much knew what we wanted but wanted to look at everything. Our salesman, Steve, at the 43rd Ave store obviously knew what he was talking about. Experience counts. The price was right so we didnt even try to get a better deal. The guys that delivered our new refrigerator were also experienced and extremely professional. I see no reason to give less than 5 stars.

Russ, who guided me through the order process was knowledgeable and efficient. The men who delivered my refrigerator, washer, dryer, and wine and beverage cooler brought everything in and hooked it up just the way I wanted it. Didnt take them long either. Everything was done with professionalism and efficiency. I still have more things to purchase for my new home, and I will go back to Spencers for other things that they can provide.

Bought a TV in less than 30 days trying to return it and being told that they dont do returns on TVs and appliances. Found out this is not true there is a 15% restocking fee but they just did not want to deal with me as a customer. When walking in then pay close attention to me but when another white male walked in she sure jumped out of their seat to attend to him and maybe just because Im Hispanic kind of took it as racist act.

My experience with Spencers in Glendale was great.Russ the salesman was very nice and he Helped me with the right appliances that I needed.He explained the differences between the models. The appliances were delivered and setup by two ( super nice) young guys. I would send my friends and family to this Spencers store. I got exactly what I wanted and needed. Thanks again Russ. Quick and painless sales process. Delivery was courteous and trouble free. They matched a competitive price without hassle and all things being equal their regular price was only $25 higher than the competing sale price. They were $300 per unit cheaper regular price. And all things considered Id rather give the business to the local guy. Will definitely shop with Spencers again.

After a disastrous experience with one of the big box stores (damaged dryer, no customer service, and a run around that lasted ten days), my husband returned the dryer and dropped in to Spencers TV & Appliance. Within five minutes he was purchasing the exact same dryer, at a lower price, and Spencers installed it the next day. From now on it is ONLY Spencers for us!

This is the second time I have bought appliances through Spencers at 43rd Avenue. I appreciate the informative and low-pressure sales from Mike, and their prices. Let me admit that there was a glitch in delivery - Spencers came through the very next morning with a crew that was very professional. I am a enjoying my new washer/dryer and dishwasher, and Ill be back.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a refrigerator, range and TV. They delivered the wrong refrigerator at first but were very quick to make it right and waive the delivery charge for any inconvenience. The prices are the best I could find with discounts for buying multiple items. Store manager Mike and sales rep. Russ. Thank you Spencers! I will be back.

We had a great experience. We wanted the Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer but it was out of stock at Spencers, Home Depot and Lowes. So Charles lowered the price on the grey pair and we got them the next day. The installation went smoothly. I couldnt have been happier. We definitely well be back to purchase more appliances.
