I took my Note 5 for battery repair and got a price of $49. Very competitive price compared to other places I contacted. Went in to pick up the phone and was told the repair was completed. I looked at the phone and the upper left corner had paint missing and the screen was distorted. First thing he said was the phone was like that. I told him that was BS and why he didnt document when i brought in. Then the owner and told me the screen "paint" came off during the repair and just to put a case on the phone. Dont waste your time with this place. They will not take responsibility for their incompetence or lack of knowledge. If you cant fix something at least be honest to your customers. He said it would need screen replacement. Do it at your cost. That is what a legitimate customer oriented company would do.

The guys at Power Swift were absolutely GREAT. My Samsung Galaxy s7 had a broken screen for 6 months while I used an old phone. Most people gave me prices from $220 to $400 to fix it (with a generic screen). Spoke with the guys at Power Swift one day for a price. They beat the price, gave me a coupon and replaced my screen with an authentic part. Told me it would take about 2 hour, however, they knocked it out in about an hour. Phone is working wonderfully. I even purchased a fast car charger and usb cord for my wifes phone. Still was less than all the other places throughout Maryland. I would recommend anyone to Power Swift.

Bought an IPhone 6 for my son a few months ago. Over this past weekend the phone wouldnt turn on and when my son put it on the charger, it would just show the apple then turn off, show the apple then turn off...over and over until you unplugged the phone. I took the phone back to Power Swift Mobile and the owner replaced the battery and now it works fine. The reason I am rating this company 5 stars is that he didnt charge us for replacing the battery. I would not hesitate to buy anything from this company. Thank you for standing by your products!

Ive always taken my iPhones to the Apple Store for repairs. After a horrendous experience at the Apple Store, I googled for local repair businesses in Harford County. I took our iPhone into Power Swift Mobile on Saturday and 30 minutes later, the cracked screen was fixed. They were professional, nice and did a great job with the replacement screen. I would recommend Power Swift Mobile. No more driving to Towson and wait for hours or overnight for my iPhones to be repaired.

I walked in, the gentleman diagnosed the extent of my cracked screen, and immediately started working on it. It was done in 12, maybe 15 minutes. I even bought a glass screen protector from here (which the same gentleman installed and ensured was a perfect fit). I will definitely be recommending family and friends!

My grand daughter and her friend needed repairs on apple products. Iphone and Ipad. We chatted with the owner online and took it to him the next day. In 15 minutes the phone was fixed; the next day the ipad will be ready! Great service! Great prices! I would gladly recommend him to friends and family!

Just had glass replaced in my iPhone 7 plus and its good as new. Their prices are comparable to others but their service and location are much better for me. You can wait while they fix it.
