There was one representative in the store at 6:45 pm. Walked in with a specific question about purchasing a phone. After walking up to the rep and no response or eye contact, we decided to just browse the phones. After browsing a few minutes, we walked back up and still no response. The rep was casually helping another couple who was lounging at a table, talking back and forth to each other. The rep would interject here and there but she was not actively helping them. After no response again, we browsed a little more and walked back up to the desk thinking that she would AT LEAST acknowledge our presence. Still nothing. No "Welcome to AT&T." No "Ill be right with you." Nothing. No eye contact was ever made. We thanked her for her "wonderful" customer service and walked out. Again still no response but she at least look at us! She should definitely not be a customer service representative!

Went in around 4:30, one person was working. I asked about how long it would be and he said not much longer. 45 minutes later I was still waiting. My suggestion: have more staff and be honest with wait times. Very frustrating. I decided to leave and he offered to call me when he was free. Why wasnt that suggested in the first place? I never did get my phone fixed.

I went in today looking for some help because my phone had died. I was instantly greeted by rep. While she couldnt help with my current phone (it was dead after all) she was able to recommend some options which resulted in a new phone being sent to me for a lot less than I was expecting. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks

I love going to this location! Every time i walk in i am cordially greeted and never wait more than 15 minutes to be waited on. The staff is so nice and i will always recommend them over park city. 10/10
