I rarely write store reviews, however, my experience was so bad that it could not go unsaid. We just left this verizon store. My wife and I walked in and stood front and center in the store waiting for our turn to be attended to. We were literally 6 feet from all three of the Verizon associates who we seated with other customers. Each associate had a direct view of us. There were only 3 customers being served at the time (1 per sale associate). We waited 10-15 minutes without 1 associate even acknowledging our presence. There were plenty of opportunities as the customers were making calls on their cell phones. No, "someone will be right with you." No, "can we help you?" 2 ignored us outright, while the other made a glance at us twice and looked away when we attempted to make eye contact. We ultimately left without them even addressing our presence. I decided to immediately call the store after we walked out. Guess what. One of the associated picked up the phone on the first ring. I took the time to question how he had time to pick up the phone immediately but could not address us while we were just in the store? Of course, he acted like he couldnt hear me. So, I repeated myself. He acted flabbergasted. Let me say that my wife and I are both physicians. We were not loud, improperly dressed, or pushy. We work with and for people from all walks of life. We are routinely held accountable for customer service performance, so the concept is far from alien to us. I would give them zero stars if there was an option to do so. This was not poor customer service. It was no service.

Dropped by a few minutes before the mall closed this Wednesday, hoping to have a simple question regarding my phones insurance plan answered. When I bought up my concern, I was treated like an idiot for having asked my question at all. He quickly moved on to his sales pitch to get me into a new phone, which he must have given hundreds of times before based on the speed of his spiel. When I simply asked if he could provide the offer in writing I again was (literally) laughed at by him and his colleague. Still not clear on what the offer was, I asked him to repeat it, which he did with reluctance and scorn. It was at this point that I decided he really wasnt looking for my business, so I took it elsewhere. I later checked Verizons website and saw the deal -- in writing -- he was trying to push. Note: This review is specifically for this location, not the Verizon wireless network.

Went to this store to switch from a different carrier. The experience was very good at the time. They told me to wait for my final bill and then to do the switch online. My mom is on my plan and a few weeks later went back about some accessories, a different salesperson told her the same process: wait for final bill before we could do our trade-ins by mail. When my final bill arrives I realized that I needed to trade-in my devices first. It was not offered to me at the store nor was I told that I could do it at any Verizon corporate store. 2 separate salespeople gave us the wrong information on 2 separate occasions. I would recommend going to a Verizon corporate store where you can buy and return at different locations, and where they have the accurate information.

There I was walking into the Verizon store. When out of the fog and Angel appeared, by the name of Nick Seery. With words so smooth, like silk he asked how may I help you. I asked him I need a new Sims card. With the mighty powers I only heard myths about, he was able to get me a deal on the mightiest of phones for battle (LG G4). For all I saw was white, for the deal was all so pure. In the end when leaving this mythical place of purity and helptitude( a up word). I felt content with the fact that all my needs, wants and desire were met beyond my expectations. I ask all those that read this review pass along this legend for the Angel known as Nick Sweet is in all intended purposes THE MANMAN!!!!!!!!!

Robert K. helped me solve a network issue that I had been dealing with for almost 2 months. After numerous phone calls to tech support with no results, I was so frustrated that I debated canceling my contract all together. Robert was knowledgeable, honest, and seemed to genuinely want to find a solution to my problem. Ill definitely be going back to him in January when I renew my contract to purchase a new phone. I was very satisfied with the service I received when I came into your store. The representative, (Eric Harris) was very helpful, he answered my questions, and took the time to call Verizon customer service for me. He took the extra step in providing the service that makes you glad to be a verizon customer.

Customer service was horrible. Waited for a hour before being helped, which is ridiculous. A person that came after me was helped before me, which is also ridiculous. When I finally got to talk to somebody she acted like I was a burden and didnt feel like doing her job. This place needs help.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Horrible service, the guy I asked to help me barely tried then said he couldnt help me "hun." Im not your hun and you just lost a significant business sale. Then when I told him he didnt tell help me he was cocky as I left the store.

Great service, Tina went beyond expected customer service to help me get my personal phone registered on the prepaid plan. Cellular Sales is the only place to get Verizon phones. If Tina was around a couple of years ago, I would never had left Verizon in the first place.
