Really bad customer service. I came here several times for some small issues like swapping one devices to another, or just get a new sim card. The people working here are not helping at all. They would look polite but they are not truly wanting to help. Whatever you ask them that is not making money for them, they just said they dont know. I always have good experience with T-Mobile store reps, like the one on military circle. But this one is by far the least helpful one. I would rather drive further for better service

The agents lied on my face. When I want to switch from att to T-Mobile. The agent told me the promotion was over and I need to pay 20 dollars more per month. However the deal is still on the web page! And when I call them back want to verify the deal. They told me the deal works again! My friend told me the same store should owned by private. So they will lie to u and get more commissions. Never going back again!

I will never ever go to this store. The workers are lazy, have no product knowledge, and have screwed my account up on several ocassions. I am a loyal TMobile customer, so please trust me when i say drive to a different store! I hope that they are able to get some training in customer service and the products they are selling soon. Again...avoid this store, no matter what!!!

After a pretty big misunderstanding with the original sales representative, I decided to call the manager, kalita, and she apologized and gave me credit for a 64gb SD card instead. Otherwise, I would have had to pay for the restocking fee of $50. Be careful with who you talk to because they might not tell you everything.
