Would love to give this store location 0 stars because of RUDE csr and not having change. They credited my acct the change i was do back for xtra internet credit but the idiot applied it to my previous billing cycle so i lost my money twice and the store owner WILL NEVER call you back. I only HATE metro CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF CALL THE 1800 NUMBER TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND YOU IN THE PHILLIPINES. OTHER THAN THAT SERVICE IS OK BESIDES THE OCCASIONAL BLACKOUT OR OUTAGE
