I ordered a grey iPhone 6s+ on 10/12/15 and decided to change the color to gold a few days later (I went back in the store). The lady told me that she could not cancel the grey because it had not arrived yet and I would have to add a new line in order to have the gold phone ship. She said that she would scan and cancel the grey phone when it got to the store. It was not an issue to her because she could easily sell the grey phone. This sounded okay to me, so I agreed. Original shipping date was 11/2/15 for both phones. I had not heard anything today 11/4/15 (after I was told it would be in) and decided to call to see what was going on. I was told that I would get a call back. I waited. I called the store again and kept getting the answer that they are busy with customers so Ill have to call you back. I understood that, but I was a customer too! I waited around 3 hours and still nobody called me back. I wanted an answer so I called verizon customer service instead. Turns out, the grey phone I ordered was cancelled (like I wanted) and the gold was never ordered in the system so I waited three weeks for no reason! That blew my mind because I had the order receipt that the sales lady gave me! I called the Verizon representative back and to my surprise he told me that it was actually cheaper to order over the phone with him. In store I wouldve paid $73 up front for taxes when I paid $45 dollars flat through Verizon customer service. Additionally, the phone Verizon rep said he didnt know how it wouldve been possible to add another line to my account for this same phone or why the phone should cost me as much as $73 dollars upfront. Seems like I was getting ripped off somewhere down the line. Not too sure about that one. For some reason this particular store doesnt allow you to experience using a live unit because its in the case. I was told that all verizon stores are like this...this statement seems to be false. The new Verizon wireless store a mile down on Cedar road has every phone out of the case and live so that you can hold it in your hands and actually get a feel for the operating system. They even offer a military discount. I have never seen a sign or heard of this store on grassfield offering any discounts. In all honesty, I shoud have walked out of the store when I arrived on 10/12/15 because of the way my salesperson treated a co-worker. She had a question about a payment procedure on the tablet and asked for help but the lady that was servicing me at the time (in my opinion) publicly embarrassed her because she didnt click the right stuff. It was like the lady wasnt capable of doing anything right...but I digress. Im no longer bringing my money here, and will be using the store off cedar road for my future upgrades until Im ready to move on. Best of luck to you all!

Extremely rude! Im from out of state in need of a sim card. I was told by Verizon that I could visit any Verizon store and they would be free however when I went in to this store the very rude customer no service lady in the store informed me the sim card I was looking for would be over 10.00 and while thats not expensive I was told it was free by Verizon. The person inside the store was extremely rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help a customer. Ill be calling Verizon to make a complaint with them as well. I do believe Verizon is getting/ has gotten way to big for their own good. Its the customers that make/made you and can/will bring you down too... never forget that!

The store associate Jay was rude and was no help. We had no idea what we wanted to buy for a phone and Jay could not believe we didnt know what we wanted. Isnt that his job to show us the different phones available? We felt insulted and belittled. Manager said we we could upgrade early, then changed her mind. I have been with Verizon since it was Altel . I have never felt so fustatred with Verizon before. I have 4 phones on my account. I may need to take my business elsewhere. Very fustratimg.

I had the best experience ever at the Cahoon go wireless Verizon store today! I came in for an SD card and two charging cables and left with a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 & a gizmo power for my son! and spent barely any money with all of the discounts and deals they were offering! the staff is so friendly and very helpful this is the best experience I have ever had with Verizon!!! Shana, Danielle and Sandra are all fabulous examples of what a sales rep should be like... Kudos to all the staff!

Danielle got me a new note 4 with $100 in free accessories no activation fee too. The reps we very friendly with fast service. There was no wait and I feel like I was the top priority of the rep helping me. She walked me through the process and transferred all my important stuff. They have huge discounts on tablets-WAY cheaper then other stores and online. I will never go to the other store again. This was my best in store experience at any Verizon store.

I came into the location to do an insurance swap and Shana showed me how to do the scan to win on Facebook. I was the second person at the Cahoon Commons location to win $250!!!!!!!!!!The staff was MORE excited than I was... they helped me get a tablet and multiple bags of FREE accessories!!! They are by far the highest energy store that I have ever visited. They are always helpful and extremely great at making the customers happy.

I absolutely love this Verizon store. they have the best staff out of any state i have ever been too. They took all their time and helped me set up both my devices. They offer huge discounts and have great deals all the time. Danielle the store manager goes above and beyond for all her customers. This is where you should go for ALL your Verizon needs. Verizon needs mote employees like her and her amazing staff

Well mannered and very welcoming was the first thing I felt when Christian greeted me. Not like other sales men where they just try an sell you anything. He took his time with me didnt even show me a phone till he found out everything that I use my phone for, to find what best fits me. Im not so tech savvy he walked with me step by step on how to use the phone. Great young man deserves all 5 stars

Shana Jackson was a great help to me when I was upgrading my device this afternoon! She let me know if apps that I havent heard of before, like Google Photos. The only thing I would like to see improved at Verizon Wireless is the Verizon Cloud app because it would not recognize my Verizon ID even though I use it frequently.
